Very nice property close to state park. In the mornings, enjoyed views from the large deck with chairs and table. Nice touches included snacks, cold bottle waters, and well stocked kitchen.

Best roaring river stay yet!

Loved this place! Great for our party of 6 that weekend! Was a little tricky if you follow the maps to a T but we found it eventually and the rest was amazing! Thank you so much for letting stay here!

Just a Cast Away

We absolutely loved this place. Worked out great for our party of 6. Very clean. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the hummingbirds. So many hummingbirds. Close to Roaring Rivers. Appreciate the extras snacks and coffee. We will be back.

Home. The house was amazing. Everything about it

It was great. We all enjoyed the hummingbirds. I was tempted to put corn in the deer tube feeders but wasnt sure they would have shown up in the four days we were there. It was nice to come home to a spacious place for the kids and the adults to relax. The waterside next door was definitely alluring to the kids. I really do not have any negatives to give.

Wonderful property. Comfortable, roomy, clean. The covered deck was impressive. The hummingbird feeders were very busy. Counted as many as ten at one time. We heard Hooded, Cerulean, Yellow-throated, Nashville, and Pine Warblers from the yard. Great location. Appreciate all the extras, including snacks and coffee. Looking forward to using the property again for bird migration next spring. A birders paridise.
