Sleeping Arrangements:
* 2 Bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed.
* Loft: 2 Twin beds + Queen sleeper sofa.
* Living room : Queen sleeper sofa.

Sleeps 10 comfortably. This house is ideal for families or extra guests.
Note: the loft entrance is through one of the bedroom spaces. Dog(s) must be
approved and added to the reservation.

*This home has walk down water access with a gentle incline for swimming or fishing. The nearby dock is STRICTLY OFF LIMITS. See "House Rules" for additional information. The walk down is easy access to the waterline. Please be careful as there are rocks, thus Table Rock Lake. The canoe is not available for guest use.
*Boat/Trailer parking available off-site with added fee. $25/day
*Located between Big M and Eagle Rock Marina. This makes for easy
boat rental, launching or slip rental for your boat, fuel and dining.


The backyard is a haven for wildlife enthusiasts, with frequent sightings of deer, owls, squirrels, chipmunks, turtles, fox and a variety of birds.
Anglers will love the area’s renowned fishing, while boating, water skiing, and tubing are also popular local activities. We are in close proximity to Eureka Springs, AR, Roaring River State Park, Branson and NWA metro. In case you are flying in for some fun lake adventures, NWA Regional Airport is the closest airport, while Springfield/Branson is just a bit further down the road.
