THE SPACE The apartment boasts two private balconies from which you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets over the city skyline. Overlooking beautiful parklands, these outdoor spaces provide a serene escape from urban life. The spacious open-plan kitchen and living area feature floor-to-ceiling windows, flooding the space with natural light and offering unrivalled views of the adjoining parklands.
We provide complimentary linen and towels for guests to make your stay even more comfortable. For families travelling with young children, we provide a portacot and high chair to ensure a comfortable stay for your little ones.
The apartment comfortably sleeps six and ensures a perfect climate year-round with split system heating and cooling. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials, including a microwave, so you can cook up a storm and enjoy meals at the elegant dining table for six. Alternatively, leave the balcony for alfresco dining with an outdoor table and chairs.
For your convenience, the apartment includes a sleek bathroom with a shower, a washing machine and a dryer. Secure underground parking ensures your vehicle is safe throughout your stay. The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests who will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.
