Just a short stroll from the beautiful Crystal Beach / Bay Beach, It offers modern amenities, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living area, and a private outdoor patio for relaxing and BBQ grill(seasonal may to october). With nearby attractions including local shops, restaurants, and scenic trails, your stay promises to be a memorable one.

The space
Main floor has one bedroom, alongside living room and eat-in kitchen featuring a kitchen island , appliances and a full bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms and a bathroom with workstation(desk and office chair).

Location is 7 min walk to Bay beach, 3 mins to main street with restaurants and shops. 15 min drive to Fort Erie Buffalo US border, 25-30 min drive to Niagra Falls.

Beach umbrella, a wagon and up to 6 Beach passes will be provided to use during your stay. Please ensure return each item including beach passes. A $100 fee per beach pass will be charged to cover the cost of replacement for lost beach pass.
$100 fee will be charge if you fail to return beach wagon.
$100 fee will be charge if you fail to return beach umbrella.

Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.
