It was river front nice backyard, very close to beach 3 about a 5 min walk. Close to 2 ice cream places and short drive to the main strip of Wasaga beach.
We had 3 couples staying here and we all had a great time. Was close to amenities but also a chill relaxing space. The backyard is phenomenal. And such a quick walk to the beach. The bar fridge was a bonus!
This cottage was perfect for our mini vacation. It was close to the beach across the road, is right on the river which the kids loved fishing off the deck. The cottage had everything you need so all you have to bring is your personal things, fishing gear and beach toys. We stayed only for two nights but that was way to short. Will definitely book this cottage again
Rotting wood on deck and stairs was dangerous and unpleasant. Was surprised by lack of any furniture other than beds and tables with chairs.

Nice but…..
Beautiful location but the deck and dock are dangerous! Place was not totally clean. found towels and sheets in the dryer.
Owner reached out after we left and accused us of distorting a comforter in the dryer. If I am having to pay $130 for cleaning …..I am not washing the bedsheets etc!!!!!!

Many items were broken (A/C, BBQ, stove burner, kitchen sink stopper, can opener). Insufficient plates for number of people booked to stay there. Although use of canoe was advertised, there was no means to launch the canoe into the water then bring it out again and there was no ladder for people to climb up and down the seawall. Although the kitchen was full of old pots/pans/utensils, they had to be cleaned prior to use and some were too worn out to use. Ad was misleading and owner was difficult to deal with. Location was great and could easily walk to dog beach and excellent ice cream. Bathroom was nice.
