Check-in is self-service:

1) Register at the guard house by providing the unit number: B-08-01.

2) Retrieve the bag of access cards from the mailbox (which has a digital lock).

3) Proceed to the unit. The door is equipped with a digital lock too.

*The password for the digital locks will be sent to you
before your check-in time.*

Kindly note that our standard check out time is 11.00am, there is a RM50 for every hour delayed of late check out fee will be charged for special cleaning arrangement after 12.00pm.

For the late check-outs approval please text me or through Airbnb. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Please note that check-outs later than 1 PM will be considered as an additional day of booking. This is because we need at least 2 hours for a thorough and quality cleaning service.

Please make sure all your belongings are with you during your check out.

Smoking and e-cigarette use are only allowed on the balcony.Strictly no smoking or e-cigarette use indoors.

A deep cleaning fee of RM500 will be collected if smoking or e-cigarette use is detected indoors to clean up the odour.
