Welcome to your charming retreat in the heart of best neighborhood Kerrisdale, it's only 8.5km away from 2026 FIFA World Cup stadium - BC Place!

This is a newly built laneway house in a peaceful residential area and community. It's centrally located and close to everything - Vancouver's must-see attractions, public transits, restaurants, and shopping.

Our 700 sq ft 2-story unit has all privacy you required, it is the ideal location for your stay, whether you’re on a weekend getaway or a business trip.

* We have two separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms.
* We have two queen size beds and one double size sofa-bed.
* We have stove, dishwasher, microwave, air fryer, toaster, rice cooker, blender, Keurig Coffee Maker, kettle, all cooking wares and utensils, etc.
* We have Washer and Dryer, iron, and full size ironing board, drying rack/stand.
* We also have essential cooking ingrediencies, pasta, snack, K-cup pods, tea bags, and Brita® Bottle Filters Pitcher, etc.
* The whole unit has HRV system, Radiant floor heating system with temperature control, and Sprinkler system throughout.
* Free street parking.

Great house in a great location. Perfect if you want to be a relatively short drive to the beach, downtown (Stanley Park and Granville island) and the airport on your way out. Would definitely stay here again.

Very clean house in a quiet residential neighborhood. Minutes drive/walk to stores, restaurants, church, with airport and downtown less than 30 with traffic. Owner was accommodating and flexible with our travel needs as we’re trying for a quick visit to Vancouver.

Easy check-in and quick responses from our host. The unit was well stocked and everything was clean and up to date. We were a family group that included 4 adults and an almost 2 year old. We were all comfortable and enjoyed our stay. Would definitely stay there again. Great neighborhood too.

Perfect Vancouver location

Can’t say enough great things about the Laneway home in Kerrisdale. We stayed as a family of four adults plus an infant. It was very well appointed and everything we needed was provided. Good space, very clean, safe neighborhood. Walkable to restaurants and shops. Ying responded very quickly to any of our questions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location for tourist activities

The unit was modern, very clean and well appointed. It is in the Kerrisdale area, which has charming restaurants and the nearby Queen Elizabeth gardens and Vandusen gardens. It is also a very short drive to downtown and Stanley park. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will reccomend it to our family and friends.

Great overnight stay in Dunbar area

We just had a very satisfactory one night stay at this property. The property manager was very responsive to our requests, and communicated promptly with us. The property is beautiful, and the amenities were above and beyond our expectations. Really the only concern was that our 5th family member did not have a comfortable sleep on the sofa bed. Upon reflection, it was probably unwise for us to expect a sofa bed to be a sleeping option for an adult. Would definitely stay here again, with up to 4 adults. Thanks for a great stay!

This property is extremely clean, efficient, and comfortable. What a tremendous remodel and a gift to Vancouver visitors. Parking is abundant on a nearby street. Owner is extremely communicative and caring.

Wonderful respite.

Our hostess ensured all our needs were met. Other than groceries we wanted for nothing. Ying is gracious, kind and caring. The rental was in a very quiet neighborhood and made for an exceptional base to explore.

What a lovely house

We did our comparison between hotel and other lodging options and decided on this beautiful house. I love how clean and tidy it was and the convenience of having bathroom both upstairs and downstairs. It worked perfectly for me and my three teenagers. The host was very responsive and helpful!
