Note: Most of our tenants love the large Home Theatre system with Netflix in the master bedroom, but there is NO CABLE TV.

Suite Sixteen occupies one of the most desirable Vancouver locations, at the Sheraton Wall Centre Hotel Complex, across from St. Paul's Hospital.

This two bedrooms, two bathrooms apartment is best suited for two couples but will accommodate a family of up to six people.

Free Wi-Fi, TV, air conditioner, towels, linens, kitchen essentials, washer/dryer, one parking spot.

Taxis lined up at the building entrance 24 hours a day.

Great spot with walkable access to Davie, Yaletown, Robson St., and more. The private parking with direct elevator access was a huge bonus. Beds were comfortable and the place was very clean. Would stay again.

Excellent location- walkable to restaurants, stores, tourist attractions. Kitchen was well equipped- except the coffee pot did not work and the balcony door was very difficult to open, The host communicated well about all the check in process prior to arrival but we were not able to get ahold of them after we arrived until the last night we were there- we ended up buying a pour over for our coffee and didn’t mess with the balcony. We still enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful property and it was truly in the heart of downtown, so it was close to everything that we wanted to do! It felt very safe since there's a bellman in the lobby, who really got to know us and made us feel like family even on the first day. I really appreciated that they had the couch already made up into a bed for the third guest so that we didn't have to do that. The property was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely book it again!

The AC does not work below 70.Do Not rent this unit until the door to the balcony functions correctly.Both adult men got trapped outside in the hot sun and could not open the door from the outside. This is a dangerous situation. If you do not have a cell phone with you or a companion inside, you could be there for a long time. This isn’t a just jiggle ot situation.The door handle does not work!one bath fan runs all the timethe other starts sometime after the switch is turned on.Needs coffee filters, dishwashing soap, wash rags, and directions to the tv and recommended places to go.parking was greatview is great, location is great, beds are clean and comfortable. vancouver is not hot so the AC does not matter much.Except that a top notch vrbo would take care of the little things and remove the family pictures from the walls.

It was really convenient staying at this property. We were central to everything, not too far from the airport or the ferries.The condominium was very clean and getting in and out of the building was very easy

Amazing location in Vancouver

Everything was perfect, nice location for family of 4 well located, clean and all furnished. The access to the parking was a plus as parking in Vancouver is problematic. Nice restaurants nearby, walking distance to Yaletown!!!!

Great location, comfortable beds

This apartment is in a great location in Vancouver - easy walking to lots of coffee shops, restaurants and shopping. Unfortunately, one of the toilets was not fully functional when we were there and one of the bathroom faucet handles was missing. Otherwise, it was a very nice apartment and very comfortable for our stay.

Great place

Location was excellent and accommodation was nice. Only downside was only 1 bedroom had a rather large tv while rest of condo didn’t. If our stay was longer this would’ve been an issue. Otherwise I would recommend this place and will book for future visits.

Great location, top-notch property, modern, same site as outstanding Sheraton Wall Centre. Convenient garage parking included. My only suggestion is to give specific instructions to find the right section of the parking garage which is large and confusing. When you enter keep turning left (counter-clockwise) until you get to the P3 “tenant only” gate.

Excellent little gem

I rented the property with my family of 4. It is a fantastic little gem, very close to all the markets and big shopping around. Couldn't get better as pretty much everything is walking distance. The host was warm and very nice and responded promptly as required. I would definitely recommend the property.!!!

Accommodation during Vancouver Photo Workshop

The property is well situated in the heart of downtown, close to restaurants, grocery stores, and transportation. It was very clean. If you have any questions the owner gets back to you right away. He provided very detailed instructions on how to get the key and because of that it went smoothly.

Ideally placed to be able to explore Vancouver this apartment was perfect. Spotlessly clean and well equipped. Great views. Comfortable beds, good sized kitchen and lots of wardrobe space. It offered more flexibility for us than a hotel and was much better value. We had intended to use the apartment's own washer and drier as is advertised but this was broken which we didn't know about until we arrived. However there is an onsite communal laundry available. Other than this we were very happy with the accommodation and would return in the future and recommend to friends.

Vancouver Before A Cruise

What a terrific location! We met our friends here, rendezvousing from two different states. It could not have been easier. We were given DETAILED instructions in advance. (Read them all.) We cabbed from the airport, the driver waited while we picked up the key, and dropped us at the door. GREAT location! We thoroughly enjoyed Vancouver and Victoria before meeting our cruise ship. This is a very walkable neighborhood, and we walked all over Vancouver. I thank the property manager for being so detailed and so responsive. We absolutely would stay here again!
