Our hosts were so helpful and accommodating, we felt both supported and left in peace (challenging combo). Would definitely stay with these hosts again!

We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The place felt comfortable and welcoming, and the location was nice and quiet. Overall, a great spot to relax — we’d definitely stay here again.

A quiet, easy‑to‑find cottage with a well‑stocked kitchen, clear instructions, a limited lake view.

The location of the cottage at Turkey Perch was ideal for visiting friends in both Bayfield and Grand Bend. The cottage was in a quiet area and was easy to find. The upstairs room with the TV was cozy and attractive, with lots of books to settle into. The main floor looked out on the backyard with a limited view of the lake. The kitchen was well‑stocked, and the instructions for use of the cottage were clear and well thought out. The outdoor space could have used a bit more care.

Great Family Stay

As a family of four with two young children, this was a fantastic getaway for us. Both Shauna & Jennifer were very responsive and the cottage was very clean and organized. It came with everything (and then some!) We would need for kitchen supplies. We brought our senior golden retriever who also had a great visit. The location is very private, with amenities an easy 10 minute drive away. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing sunsets and well-equipped cottage

Our family of 5 adults had the pleasure of staying at Turkey Perch cottage for a week in August. When we arrived it was super HOT (note that there is no AC, but many fans provided) and the lake is right there for a dip. As the weather cooled off significantly, we enjoyed camp fires and the hot tub, along with great meals on the BBQ. Cottage has everything you need. Small but modern kitchen with dishwasher. Jennifer is an amazing, attentive and thoughtful host -- the best! We would happily rent from Cottage Stays again. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this beautiful cottage in Bluewater. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. We spent our days swimming, enjoying the peaceful surroundings, and watching the stunning sunsets each evening. One of the highlights was being able to bring our dog, who had just as much fun as we did. The cottage was comfortable, welcoming, and made for a truly enjoyable getaway. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful lakeside escape.
