Beautiful and spotless home

My senior relatives (70+) stayed in this home for a week, it truly is a home away from home. The house is very modern and has everything you need. The kitchen is fully equipped (even with an air fryer!), and the entire place is amazingly spotless! The host Jerry is super accommodating and the communications are quick and smooth. Highly recommended and will definitely stay again!

Its a new build house, super clean with smart appliances, very close to white rocks, good location close to plaza too. Jerry was super supportive and prompt to respond, definitely worth the visit, stayed for 4 nights. 5 star

Excellent experience

The home was very new and located in a very quiet neighbourhood. The owner was very gracious and accessible through messaging. The bedrooms all have a shower and BR and beds are very comfortable. It is a lovely home with all amenities as reported on the VRBO site. We were very comfortable and loved this place. We would not hesitate to recommend this as an excellent choice.

Vancouver trip with family

The property was exactly how it was listed online. The property was brand new just like pictures, with appliances and all the comforts needed for a family with elderly members to have the best vacation. Jerry, the host, went above and beyond to make sure the stay was comfortable, even ordered a fan per request that was really nice. The location was a hour away from downtown Vancouver but having a car helped us get back and forth. There was plenty of space to bond as a family and the neighborhood was quiet and very safe. We will definitely stay here again if we are back here. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us, Jerry !

Not as advertised

The home’s advanced security features were not mentioned in posting. This made check in take 40 mins followed by a call to property manager to let me in. By security I mean literally every door in the place required a code. The front door was to be 6 digits of my phone number that was not initially requested. Very frustrating experience. 2nd disaster was night 2 when my 2.5 y/o toddler got locked inside main floor bedroom by turning the deadbolt inside the room! I didn’t know this was possible as it is quite unsafe for children. It took 45 mins to get her out after she freaked out. Luckily she was able to listen to my instructions to turn deadbolt then door handle. When I contacted the property manager, the master key was somewhere in the garage outside but the owner didn’t know where! Maybe keep it inside out of reach in case of any issues for your tenants? Why every door has a code requirement is ridiculous for families wanting to rent for a vacation. The deadbolt issue also forced me or my wife to sleep in the same room to avoid my daughter from locking herself in another room and to keep all doors propped open. Not ideal. Also there was no mention of each bedroom being on a separate floor. Lastly, I inquired if all beds were Queen beds. I measured, they are all doubles. Despite newness of the house, these events made my trip quite stressful and unappealing.
