This luxury villa is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for, including flat-screen HDTVs, granite countertops, stainless-steel appliances, and a smart oven. The spacious floor plan offers quiet and private bedrooms.

Great place to stay right by the pool!

We loved our stay and very much enjoyed the property. We had my parents and my family come and stay during my son's baseball tournament. This was a great spot that was brand new! Would highly consider staying here again!

Quick get away

Beautiful townhome. Nicely decorated. Loved having easy access to pool and hot tub- literally right out the back door! Wished beds were more comfortable- that would be my only complaint.

Great weekend at a really nice place

The property was well appointed, comfortable, and right next to the golf course (LOVED The Ledges golf course, by the way). The pool was perfect with amazing mountain scenery in the background. Having a grill in the back yard was fun too. I had to ask a couple of questions while we were there and the management replied very quickly, even over the weekend. If I had to make a suggestion, my only thought would be that the water pressure in the two master bathrooms could be increased... but that is about the only thing that wasn't perfect. I definitely would (and hope to) stay here again!

St. George Beautiful Property

This is a gorgeous property in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay. The property was clean and well furnished (I would add with the exception of pots/pans -- lots of cups/glasses/utensils, etc but it was challenging to make scrambled eggs or cook a meal). Bring your own coffee grounds as that was something else I was surprised by (coffee pot but no coffee). Will add the beds were not comfortable, good enough but not great. Lots of towels. Washer and dryer were full size and "new" (laundry soap provided).The pool and hot tub were clean and nice -- literally just a few steps off the back porch, we had them to ourselves most of the time. Enjoyed my morning coffee on the outdoor patio. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and I would 100% recommend this property.

Pool and Pool

We just wrapped up an incredible Christmas week at this condo. It was perfect for our family. My wife, me, and kids had a blast playing pool on the second floor or hanging out puzzling while we watched Christmas movies in the first floor. The hot tub was unexpectedly grand. It was just a short walk away, and the water was kept hot. It didn't matter if it was the morning or 9 at night it was perfect. The house itself was super clean (always a big win for me and my wife), and there was so much cabinet space. We didn’t have to play kitchen Tetris with all the holiday snacks and food we brought. We stayed for nearly a week, and it felt like just the right mix of fun and relaxation.If you’re looking for a place to make memories with your family, this is a great place to make them.
