Red Desert Loft is a newly-built, contemporary resort! The Lofts at Green Valley is one of the newest resorts in St. George. It is the perfect area for outdoor enthusiasts. Just a few miles away, you will find views of the majestic red and white sandstone mountains, several different golf courses and shopping centers. Right down the street is a beautiful pool with a kids water dome, a waterslide, 2 hot tubs, and a waterfall. Let your children release some energy on the kids' playground, located directly at the resort. Whether you're looking to relax, or spend your day enjoying the surrounding landscapes, you can rest comfortably in the contemporary style bedrooms, or relax outside under the partially covered patio. At Red Desert Loft, It's all about the extras!

This Contemporary 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home can sleep 14 people comfortably, and 16 with the use of the Queen pullout sofa. With 1935 sq. feet, you will never feel cramped in this spacious townhome. This luxury villa is furnished with all the upgrades you could ask for including granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. There are so many amenities included, you will never run out of things to do! This home has a spacious floor plan, with quiet and private bedrooms. Each room is equipped with ceiling fans for those warm Southern Utah nights. Downstairs you will find one of the two master suites with an ensuite bathroom and glass walk-in shower. Just upstairs is the second master suite, also with an attached bathroom and access to a shared balcony with bedroom four. Additionally, upstairs there is a bunk room with a queen pullout sofa for the kids to enjoy. This room shares a full hall bathroom with the fourth king bedroom. This home is beautifully decorated with comfortable furniture throughout the entire home. You will never want to leave The Lofts Resort!

We love staying at the Lofts, and #37 was awesome! I absolutely love and appreciate that all light switches and kitchen drawers are labeled with how many are available, and where everything goes.My kids were sad they had a ping pong net, but no balls to actually play. We went swimming instead and they had a great time. We do wish the pickleball courts had lighting for after dark. That was a bummer.Bedrooms and bathrooms were all very clean. Beds were comfortable. Check in/out was super easy. We'll absolutely stay here again. Couch in living space picture is not the one in the property, but it is very similar and we found it comfortable to sit and watch TV on.

It was really nice and clean and had lots of space. We had friends staying in another condo across the street. It was great being able to walk back & forth and the kids all being able to play pickle ball and sit in the hot tub. The pool was a little chilly.

Great place to stay for a golf trip

Everything about our experience at The Lofts 37 was excellent. Booking was a breeze, check-in was easy and any questions we had were quickly answered. We were in St. George on a golf trip and the location was excellent. Having four separate sleeping spaces was great for four golfers. We used the kitchen for all our meals and it had everything we needed. Groceries were only minutes away, and it was quiet at night. The Wi-Fi could be a bit more robust, but that was a minor detail. We will definitely try to book The Lofts if we come back to St. George again for golf.

Very nice for a large group. Pickleball courts and pool are very close. Kitchen is large and we enjoyed making some good dinners. It is close to National Parks and Snow Canyon

House was great but…

This home is in a great location, pool was wonderful, slept our family of 9 very comfortably. My only complaint is how small all of the bowls and pans were. Cooking for 9 people (let alone 14 that the house can sleep) was a challenge. All of the pans were extremely small, and there wasn’t a bowl big enough to serve anything from, for that amount of people. It was a beautiful home though and we were very comfortable. Thank you!

After getting to the property the moment the kids scanned the place. They wished we could come here sooner and stayed longer. The place is very clean and tidy. Good source of entertainment and recreational activities within the community. Love to be back.

Great place to stay

Wonderful space. Great location, excellent pool and Jacuzzi. Lots of space to share and still have private time. We had one broken bed frame but they fixed it as soon as we reported it. Found a few items that should have been put in the garbage before we arrived, but overall we were very happy with our stay. Would definitely stay there again.

Great townhouse in a quiet beighborhood

The house was plenty big to more than accommodate me and my family. It was clean and has a great layout. The property manager was communicative and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again.

Just what we needed

Property was clean and taken care of. Management was really good at checking in to make sure we had the things we needed. Kids loved the pool and pickle ball court close by. The location is on the outer edges of St George, but didn’t take too long and I appreciated not being right in the middle of the city.

I wish I lived there.

We have stayed in the lofts more than once. We love it. I wish we owned a Loft. We do not love the parking. Those covers make it nearly impossible. Not worth the shade.

Home was clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. We had issues with the heat upon arriving but management sent someone out to assist. We enjoyed our stay!!

Great place

We love this loft and it's location. I have been here twice now and hope to return next year. There are two items I will mention for a better experience. One is that the hot water (especially in the upstairs) takes forever to get hot. There is a lot of water wasted. Two is the parking issue. Both times I've stayed there we came back to cars in our parking space. Possibly if the parking spaces were identified or marked for Loft 37 parking, that might help? Of course that's only if people honor that. We really enjoyed our stay.Thank you.

Fall break

We booked last minute as some plans fell through and it was so easy and great price did the amount of room we got. The pool was great, the condo clean and quiet. The Foosball was loved by our teens. Really great time
