**The Space**

Please note the property has a plunge pool and hot tub. The hot tub is open year-round. The pool (13.5x8.5 feet) is open from March 15 to October 15, weather permitting. The pool can be heated to 80-85°F, and the Hot Tub can be heated up to 102°F. A $100 Hot Tub heating fee covers both the hot tub and pool. October 16th through March 14th: • Pool closed • There is Hot tub heating: $100 per week.

Our home is pet-friendly, welcoming dogs only (up to 30 pounds each). We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per reservation, with a pet fee of $250 per pet. No other pet types are permitted.
