The outside area was awesome. The covered table and pool were appreciated. The beds were comfortable. The rental has the bare minimum. Beach chairs were in poor condition. No beach umbrella. No brochures or written rental manual, which is almost always included in a VRBO.Most disappointing was lack of communication and miscommunication between and property management company and the realtor resulting in an unexpected house showing.

We thought the property had a seperate hot tub and pool but it is one unit. So you either need a cooler hot tub or hotter pool. The owners should have a wagon or means to get all your stuff to the ocean which is about a 10 minute walk for the price point of this unit.Hard to watch anything on the TV as it is password protected for everything. Maybe more toilet paper and coffee filters as well :)

Thank you for your feedback — we appreciate you taking the time to share these details. - In the description I do see that is says Private pool with Spill over Spa and Thatched Tiki Hut , I apologize if you missed that ! - Great suggestion about a beach wagon. We’ll propose adding one and, if approved, will list it in the amenities. - Sorry about the TV access being restricted. Some streaming apps require owner credentials; we’ll remove or simplify password requirements and add clear TV/login instructions to the guest portal so future guests can use the entertainment system easily. - We do include a starter kit (details in the guest portal). Thanks again for the constructive notes — we’d welcome the chance to host you again. Sun Palace Vacations
