The house is great, just as it is described. Close enough to Rapid City and all of the major attractions in the area. Ping pong table was a big hit with the kids, and noise didn’t travel upstairs. Three out of the four beds were very firm. They had hangers for clothes, plenty of towels and laundry baskets for every room. Quiet neighborhood and felt safe. We had four adults and two kids on our stay, and we would stay there again.

We enjoyed our time at this house. The separation for kids and adults was perfect. Also, it was nice not to have TV's in every room. It made for a very relaxing time with family. Location was great! Everything was just as advertised.

Wonderful Experience

We loved this space and were able to use it to meet our needs as a family of 5. It was a quiet, seemingly safe and peaceful neighborhood. The house had most of the things we needed and those that it didn’t, we had quick and easy access to within Rapid City.

The house was very nice and very clean! 3 chairs and 2 small tables on the front porch. There is also a covered deck on the back with a table and 4 chairs. All the amenities were as described. We didn't use the downstairs, but it was very nice with a TV and gameplay setup. There is a ping pong table as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you!

It was a very nice house with excellent appliances and lots of room. We were unable to figure out how to use the two TV’s in the house. Need better instructions. Also the sliding door that leads to the deckIn the backyard does not lock. Should be repaired considering the cost of the rental. I didn’t like the stove/oven. Broiling at the bottom of the stove is very difficult for senior citizens, I also had problems changing the settings on the thermostat for heating and cooling. I ended up turning it off. We liked the location and the views of the Black Hills.Aside from the few items mentioned above we were very satisfied with house.

The perfect house for our stay!Comfortable and easy to get to. Lots of parking. Close enough to Rapid City for our grocery shopping needs, yet away from the city traffic and noise. Piedmont is perfectly placed for all of our adventures.Our host Sherrie was always quick to respond to any questions.After a busy day seeing the sights, it was so relaxing to sit on the deck watching the lightning, beautiful sunsets, and surprised by the visiting fireflies!Thanks Sherrie for making our visit memorable .
