Welcome to our cozy Oceanside haven, where comfort meets fun! With 6 bedrooms (one with a king bed for the royal treatment), plus a living room sofa that morphs into a bed, we've got space for 12. Enjoy Smart HDTVs in every room, lightning-fast WIFI, and a full kitchen stocked for your culinary adventures. The private backyard boasts a BBQ, Ping Pong, Cornhole, and seating for 8. 2 hallway bathrooms + 1 en suite bathroom in Bedroom 4.

Smart HDTV's in every bedroom and living room that stream network and cable channels.

Free WIFI is provided across the entire home.

WIFI Speed: Upload 20 mbps: download 200 mbps. (speed will vary depending on number of devices connected to WIFI)



Kitchen & Cooking:

Full kitchen. Kitchen comes with many large and small appliances stocked with many of the essentials.

Pets

Up to 2 pets are allowed in our home. There is a pet fee of $199 per reservation (up to 2 pets.) The pet fee must be paid prior to your arrival. Please do not let your pets climb on top of the furniture or damage our home. If your pets shed any hair, please clean up after them. You will be responsible for any excessive cleaning fees or damage caused by your pets. Thank you so much.



Arrival & Check In:

Via our convenient electronic lock. You can check in anytime after 3pm.

In Oceanside, homes typically do not have AC. In our home;

Window AC units in Bedroom #1

Bedrooms #5 and bedroom #6 have wall-mounted AC units that work really well!

Note: Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 (bedrooms in the middle of the house) do not have AC units. They have ceiling fans. We have central heat in the entire house via a central thermostat.
