Great location, clean, comfortable and quiet! The heated pool and hot tub in January was also great! We typically walked 4 miles a day, to the beach, museum, library, shopping, putt-putt, etc. Had a great time!

Great vacation spot

Great house with a great location. We had a wonderful week. Loved that it was walking distance to the beach, mini golf course, and restaurants. Pool and hot tub were wonderful as well.

Great Family Vacation

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The owner was so accommodating and answered our questions quickly. The house had everything we needed and my kids loved the pool! So close to the beach and has everything you need!

The home is clean, comfortable and in a terrific location (walkable to beach and restaurants, quiet safe neighborhood). The spa was a treat. Pictures are accurate…some decor, furnishings and bedding were very dated but overall we enjoyed our stay.

The location of this place is what drew me to the house. It's within walking distance of beach and the restaurants a block away are wonderful! The pool and hot tub were also really nice and my kids loved spending time there. I do wish there would have been lounge chairs available there though. I would definitely stay there again.

You will not find a house anywhere on Marco with a pool, at this price and located one block from beach. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We will return !

BEST vacation ever!

We absolutely loved our house and the entire island! Frank and Annette furnished their home with everything to make our stay very comfortable! If I had my cat with us I'd feel like we WERE home! We'd recommend this home to anyone! We hope to come back soon!

Great house and location!

This property was just as described. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. The pool/hot tub was great! Communication with the host was excellent. Very responsive and quick. The location of this property is ideal! The beach is just a block away and there are many restaurants and shops to walk to. We would definitely stay here again when returning to Marco Island.

Properly was spotless upon arrival. Location was perfect…walking distance to beach, restaurants, etc. Grocery & liquor store were less than 10 minute drive. We had one minor issue that required contact with the host and Gary responded immediately. This is our 5th vacation in Marco and we would definitely stay there again.

This property is amazing! Very clean, nicely decorated, excellent location. Walking distance to multiple restaurants, beach, movies, ice cream, shopping. Located in a quiet neighborhood. The layout of the house is excellent with the main bedroom and attached bathroom on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms and bath on the other. Have been here twice and will be back again!

We stayed just after the COLD week of Christmas. The heated pool and jacuzzi was terrific. The house is a short walk to the beach, which we used everyday. Very quiet neighborhood. We didn't even know we had neighbors until New Years Eve. Walking distance to restaurants and bars. The house was perfect for our family.

2024 beach vacation

We had a great time our first time on Marco . The house was awesome! Plenty of room for the 5 of us. We spent a lot of time at the beach and the pool and hot tub . We ended up renting a golf cart for the week because the closest beach access to the house was closed temporarily unfortunately but It was a fun way to see the island! There are several restaurants and a couple shops within walking distance of the house and also a very nice mini golf course. The house was also very clean which we always appreciate. Overall it was a great week! We would stay again.

Perfect getaway...

We had a wonderful time in Marco at 691 Seagrape! We have stayed around the same area before and knew the location was perfect; a short walk from the beach and several restaurants and shops. This house was just as described on the listing and pictures are accurate as well; very clean, a well stocked kitchen (with some added left-overs from previous guests) plenty of towels and beach gear etc. It was a bit on the cool side weather wise when we stayed and the hot tub was just the thing for that, we used it every night! The only down side of this house really is the water pressure in the kitchen sink, not sure what's going on there but assume it might just be a feature of the faucet itself as all other sinks and the showers had great water pressure. We loved our stay and would definitely rent again the next time we're in Marco!

A nice, clean home in an excellent location

My wife and I stayed here for 4 days and have nothing but good things to say about it. The house is even prettier in person than the pictures indicate, and it is spacious enough for a full family (or two even). It is very clean and extremely well stocked. It has everything you could possibly need, such as a million kitchen items (from a crab shell cracker to a K-cup coffee machine), tons of towels, several beach chairs and a roller to help wheel everything to the beach. And the location is wonderful. It is LITERALLY a 3 minute walk to the beach access point (you cut through the empty lot across the street, walk through the parking lot, then cross the main road (Collier) and you're there). And there are several restaurants, a book store, a beach shop, etc. all within 1-2 blocks. We'll definitely go back.

Wonderful house

The house was perfect for my birthday celebration. We loved the pool and it was very convenient when having a small baby with you. We were able to put the baby to sleep and still enjoy the pool. The house was in great shape and the owners were very responsive to questions. The only thing that was a little hard was the key situation. They mail you physical keys and I was paranoid that I would forget to bring them in the midst of packing. Then you have to send the keys back after your trip. Again, it wasn't terrible but would be easier if you could pick up /leave the keys on the property.

Okay, if you put in the effort

This rental had a great location close to everything we wanted to do in Marco Island. The beach is a quick walk as are several restaurants and shops. It also has a pool and hot tub which we enjoyed. The owner was also very responsive, answering my questions quickly. Several issues during our stay made this rental just "okay." 1. Hot tub only gets hot if you work it just right. Meaning someone has to go and cycle the spa and pump buttons, otherwise it drains below the jets. 2. When AC went out on our 4th evening at the rental, I was the one dealing with the repair guy on the phone, and we nearly missed a boat trip we'd booked because I had to get back to the house to let him in. It was fixed when we returned, but the experience was very stressful for everyone. 3. The pool accumulated bugs over our five days there and the skimmer was in tatters. The owner told me he'd contacted the pool guy to service the pool and bring a new skimmer but he never materialized. I did a lot of skimming with the ripped one, which kind of worked.

We apologize for any inconvenience. We did have the AC company contact you within 30 min of the call. We advised you they were a 24 hour service and to set up whatever time worked for you. The call for bugs in the pool due to the rain storm came in on Thursday. We reached out to the pool co. He came on Friday at 12:00 reported to us the pool Was v clean, sent me a picture as well. He also replaced the skimmer for you. The hot tub directions are located right above the controls. When we talked, you laughed and said sorry you did not see the directions? Just needed to press Spa once and Spa heat once. Repeat the steps to shut it down. We always go above and beyond to make our guests happy. That’s the least we can do. It appeared to us you were very happy with the results and our response as you thanked us. We are sorry if you were unhappy in any way and we hope you understand. Thank you The Marino’s
