Clásico frente al mar Marco Island piscina casa a 5 minutos del Golfo de México en barco. A poca distancia de tiendas, restaurantes y servicios. Esta casa clásica ha sido ampliamente remodelada con el lujo y la comodidad en mente. Relájese junto a la piscina de agua salada mientras contempla el agua desde su muelle privado, o quédese adentro y disfrute de su televisor inteligente de pantalla plana de 65 "con WiFi. El dormitorio principal cuenta con una cama king size con baño privado junto con un televisor inteligente de 55 ''. Las otras dos habitaciones comparten un baño con una habitación que tiene una cama queen size y la otra tiene dos camas individuales. Nuevas encimeras de granito y muebles junto con nuevos pisos, camas, tocadores, inodoros, electrodomésticos y utensilios. Un poco difícil de encontrar lo que no ha sido reemplazado. Se puede llegar a todas las demás áreas de Marco caminando, las dos bicicletas en el garaje con cascos o un viaje en taxi muy razonable. No hay demasiado tráfico en esta calle sin salida para agregar al encanto tranquilo y relajante de Marco Island. Sillas de playa, nevera y sombrilla en el garaje listo para la playa. Tengo un gran amigo con estacionamiento gratuito .2 millas al centro de la playa! También hay un Pac and Play, trona, flotadores de piscina y 3 chalecos salvavidas para niños. Alarmas en los controles deslizantes para hacerle saber si los niños se preguntan por qué. Si reservas durante 7 días o más, recibirás un tour gratuito al atardecer por el tuyo verdaderamente 😁. This home was very welcoming and provided everything we could have needed for our stay. The host Matt was proactive and helpful with communication and recommendations in the area. The location was convenient and the scenery beautiful. Highly recommend and would stay again!

The house was very clean and well taken care of. The host was very easy to get in touch with from the moment we checked in to the time we left, if needed. The kitchen was fully equipped to cook meals. The outside porch was perfect for sunrise with coffee to sunset with a cocktail. We had access to the bikes, beach amenities and was in close proximity to shopping center, bar/ restaurant and beaches. We will definitely be back. 10/10 5 Stars

Wonderful place, Exceeded expectations

Our family really enjoyed the place and the location. The weather was wonderful and allowed us to enjoy the pool. The place had everything we needed for a week and had all the little extras such as beach chairs, coolers, fishing gear, and such that are difficult and cumbersome to transport by air or auto.

Amazing time at the Dolphin Bungalow

We had an absolutely amazing time at the Dolphin Bungalow! This was our second year returning, and once again, it was everything we hoped for and more. We brought our jet skis, and our teenagers had an absolute blast out on the water. The quick access to the sea—no long no-wake canal rides—makes it perfect for adventure right from the start. The location is unbeatable for boating, with the beautiful Keyweeding islands just a short ride away. Matt is a fantastic host—always friendly, helpful, and just a text away if you need anything. We’re already counting down the days until we come back next year!

Great house for a family. Has everything you need for the pool, enjoying the beach, fishing and biking. Kitchen is well appointed so there is everything you need to cook and grill. Highly recommend and would book again.

This property was a great property to stay at. I normally stay in Marco Island twice a year always memorial weekend, and Labor Day weekend. House was very clean close to everything definitely would reserve again.

Return to Marco Island

Second time we rented this lovely property. Matt is an excellent and thoughtful host, and the property is immaculately kept and maintained. We really enjoyed ourselves, and we look forward to a return visit in the coming years.

Best Vacation Rental EVER!

This house was just perfect! We thoroughly enjoyed the lovely canal-setting and sunsets from the dock. The home was very attractively renovated and furnished, and the owners display incredible attention to detail in the wide variety of kitchen, pool, and beach items provided. We really enjoyed our communications with Matt who was always very enthusiastic and shared great information.

A Place To Be

Great family vacation from top to bottom. This vrbo has it all from beach chairs and toys to enjoy the white sandy beaches with the kids. To a wine opener to enjoy a glass of wine on the back patio with the beautiful sunsets. Matt was easy to work with and always easy accessible when you had a question. Can’t beat the amenities this vrbo has. We will definitely be back.

Bungalow Bliss

My husband and I came upon this property after 2 previous rentals canceled on us. What a blessing! This little bungalow was clean, had comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, bicycles, pool toys and enough beach items to make every trip to the beach easy. The location is excellent, we could walk and bike to Rose Marina, coffee shops, Annies, The Snook, Speakeasy, 844 and many other delicious and fun establishments. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly and the view from the pool area and dock is lovely. Matt is a friendly property manager, always helping and offering suggestions. February 2024 was an awesome vacation!

Home away from home!

Our family of four ( kids 10 and 11) fell in love with this cozy little home! Right on the canal, our entire familyEnjoyed fishing right off the dock (and yes, we caught quite a few)! The pool was perfect for the kids to take a break from the beach. The rooms were SO comfortable and spacious! The bathrooms are updated and perfect!There was plenty of towels, pool toys, beach gear and fishing gear for us to use (including coolers and beach carts) that we were set up for a worryless vacation! This was so very helpful. Matt was amazing and so communicative! He took care of garbage days and gave us plenty of advice for our first go at Marco Island! We were even able to extend one more day which truly was the perfect ending to our stay!Just a short drive to the beaches and down the way from Publix, Snook Inn, Starbucks and more!10/10 recommend staying here! We are already plotting our return!

Love this property. Matt was by far the best owner we have dealt with on The Vrbo or Home and Away website. Quick to address our concerns or questions. Being the first time on Marco Island his recommendations made our stay so enjoyable. The house was so comfortable even though we spent most of our time when we were there on the Lania, pool or the back dock. Everything you need for the beach If you decide to go and definitely bring the beach cart with you since it is a good walk from the parking areas . Will definitely rent one of Matt’s properties on our next visit. A Plus experience

Beautiful, comfortable and impeccably clean home with everything you need! Great location and we really enjoyed watching the sunrises and relaxing watching the tides come in and out of the canals. Matt was super communicative and helpful! Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent visit!

Matt was an amazing host and his property was perfect in every way! Plenty of space, very well appointed home for travellers flying into the area (ample kitchen, plenty of beach gear), and an amazing pool and dock view. We appreciated all the communication, found the home to be very convenient to all of the Marco Island goings-on, and would love to visit again! 10 out if 10 recommend :)

Great place to get some rest and enjoy outdoors activities

The house is well equiped and Matt very helpfull. Bikes are available to go around, the neighborhood is very pleasant to visit aswell as beaches where you can go with the Beach chairs available in the garage. Perfect place at the Perfect time for us with a great weather.

Great and Relaxing Stay

We enjoyed our stay. The place was clean (probably one of the best we've stayed at through VRBO). The saltwater pool was nice (kids liked it, although it isn't very large). There was a nice patio to eat outside each night. Location is good. Overall, we were very pleased and hope to return in the near future if it's available.
