This place is perfect for our family trip. The location is just far enough away from Branson to unwind yet close enough to come back for an afternoon nap. The host is very responsive, helpful and pleasant. We have stayed here for the last two years and hope to come back for another.

Room to spread out

Very clean and everything you need was provided. Worked for all ages in our group and we even requested an extra day! Will come again!

The location was phenomenal, and the check-in process was easy and convenient. Unfortunately, the property itself was not very clean. There were clothes left in the dressers, trash under the beds, food on the floors, cobwebs throughout the rooms, and the bathrooms had not been properly cleaned.We also had issues with a toilet that would not flush and a shower that did not drain. There was a small leak from the washing machine, but Brenda was very responsive and had someone come out that afternoon to repair it.It was extremely hot during our stay, so I understand that the air conditioner may have struggled to keep up, but the space never cooled to a comfortable temperature.The property has a lot of potential because of its wonderful location, smooth check-in process, and responsive host. However, the cleanliness and maintenance issues made our stay less comfortable than expected.

We were very disappointed, however, to learn after checkout about the cleanliness concerns described in your review. Cleanliness is something this home consistently receives high marks on from our guests, so these comments were especially concerning to us and have been shared with our cleaning team. We were in communication with you during your stay regarding the washer and we responded immediately by sending someone out that same day. Despite that communication, no concerns regarding the cleanliness of the home were ever mentioned. Had we known about the ones described in the review, we absolutely would have had our team return immediately to address them. We take guest concerns seriously and always want the opportunity to make things right during a stay. We appreciate your positive comments about our responsiveness and only wish the cleaning concerns had been brought to our attention as well so we could have addressed them for you.

Fun and relaxing stay

Cute set up. Everyone has their own bathroom and two kitchens and two washer and dryers was really nice to get all our laundry done before we headed home. Lake is very clean and easy to get too. Pool and pickleball courts were very nice. Great parking. Close to Branson to do activities as well.

Lake Life Near Branson

Newly remodeled units with adjoining rooms fit our family of 8 well. Nice pool and pickle ball courts. Great deck for sunsets. Away from the Brandon crush but less than 1/2 her from Silver Dollar City and only slightly more to the shows.

My name is Brenda, I am the property manger of Lake Life Vacation Rentals and I am the property manager of this beautiful condo-Sunset Getaway. My husband and I first vacationed in Branson in 2010, and absolutely fell in love with the area and Table Rock Lake. So much so that we set a goal to purchase a home in the area. Five years later, we purchased our first home and now own and manage many vacation rentals in the area. We love coming to Branson and shopping, taking in shows, boating on Table Rock Lake, and going to Silver Dollar City (this is our kids' favorite part). My dad loves to come and fly fish, and loves talking about the one that got away even more :) We travel a lot and have come to realize things that are most important to us when renting a space. We make sure we add all those components to our homes and the ones we manage. We hope you enjoy your stay at Sunset Getaway and fall in love with the area like we have!
