Other Things to Note:

No pets allowed. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas such as the yard, balcony, or patio. Violation of this policy will result in additional cleaning fees. Please note the outdoor stairs to entry and internal stairs to the upstairs bedroom. Trash disposal is convenient with dumpster access in the parking area.



Parking: Please remember to display the parking pass found inside the unit! To help us avoid the HOA's $250 fine for missing passes, we kindly ask that you keep it visible in your vehicle at all times. Thank you so much for your help with this!
