Enter this unit and feel yourself relax immediately. Pour yourself a glass of wine and take a seat on the undercover balcony. Take in the view which is arguably the best in the Bay and stretches to the Batemans Bay Bridge out to the Tollgate Islands.

In the main bedroom you have a Queen bed with brand new ensuite that feels like your own private spa, you also have your own access to the balcony. The property also offers a fully equipped kitchen with oven, dishwasher, microwave and electric cooktop and a laundry with washing machine and dryer, and another brand new bathroom with huge tub and shower.

The carpark is only suitable for small cars.
