Welcome to your stylish two-bedroom apartment, perfectly situated within walking distance of the town centre and serene lake. This inviting space boasts a cosy interior with plush leather couches, a cosy gas fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom offers a separate toilet for added convenience. Each bedroom provides a peaceful retreat with comfortable beds, ensuring restful sleep for up to four guests. Whether you`re relaxing by the fire or exploring the nearby attractions, this apartment promises a delightful and memorable stay.

As you arrive, you`ll be immersed in the historical charm of Wanaka, where the southern lake area was once a vast sheep station. Enjoy the tranquil, tree-lined surroundings from both inside and outside the apartment.

Situated on the ground floor, the apartment offers easy access for those with mobility needs. Upon entering, you`ll be welcomed by a modern interior with tastefully arranged furniture and fittings designed for a truly relaxing stay. The spacious open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area allows you to spend quality time with your guests while preparing meals or unwinding after a day of exploring.

The light and bright kitchen is equipped with all the modern appliances needed for meal preparation. The dining area comfortably seats five, and the large leather sofas surrounding the gas fireplace add to the home`s cozy ambiance.

The two bedrooms are bathed in natural light from shuttered windows. One bedroom features a queen bed, while the other has two single beds, making it perfect for families, friends, or children. The stylish, fully tiled bathroom boasts a large shower.

Enjoy your morning coffee or unwind in the evening on the north-facing outdoor patio, which basks in the sun on Wanaka`s famous bluebird days.

The apartment is just a 3-minute drive (approximately) to town, where you`ll find an array of local delights, including restaurants, cafes, boutique shops, a cinema, and a supermarket. Leave the car at home and walk or bike along the dedicated trail into town, or explore the famous Wanaka Tree and Station Park for a leisurely stroll in a lovingly maintained park setting.

While this property is self-contained, Lakeview Properties wants to ensure you have everything necessary to begin your holiday smoothly.

We provide essential amenities such as toilet paper, washing powder, dishwashing detergent, dishwasher tablets or powder, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand wash.

Please be aware that these are just initial supplies, and you may need to replenish them during your stay.

OUR STRICT RULES:

No loud noise outside after 10:00 pm:
As we are situated in a residential area, we kindly request that you refrain from creating any disruptive noise after 10:00 pm. Our neighbours have been informed to notify us of any excessive noise disturbances. If you anticipate difficulty adhering to this rule, we kindly ask that you reconsider booking with us.

Minimum age requirement:
Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property. The primary guest must be staying for the duration of the reservation and may be asked to provide ID for verification.

No parties without prior approval:
Any gatherings or events require prior approval, and unauthorised parties will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund. Please note there may be an additional fee for hosting extra guests if approved.

Checkout is at 10:00 am:
We kindly request that you check out by 10:00 am on the day of departure. If you require a late checkout, please submit your request at least 24 hours in advance. Late checkouts are subject to availability.

No smoking inside the property:
Smoking—including the use of any recreational drugs—is strictly prohibited inside the premises.

Leave the property in a reasonable state:
We expect the property to be left in a reasonable and tidy condition upon departure. Any additional cleaning required beyond standard procedures will be charged at $60 per hour. Please promptly report any damages, spills, or stains during your stay. If necessary, you may be held responsible for replacement or professional cleaning costs.

Board games:
We love that guests enjoy our games, but please ensure all games are returned to their original boxes before departure. As reassembling games is a time-consuming task, a $60 charge will apply if the cleaner needs to complete this.

BBQ cleaning:
The BBQ and utensils must be cleaned after each use by the guest. Failure to do so will result in a $100 cleaning charge.
