Alpine Estate Retreat

Located on Campbell Road in the new Alpine Estate subdivision within easy walking distance to Après Bar and Food and Rubys Cinema and a 25 min walk (or 3-4 min drive) into the township. Cardrona and Treble Cone access roads are approx. 20 min drive.

1 bdrm with king bed, 1 bdrm queen bed, 1 bdrm with 2 king singles. Main bdrm has ensuite and smart TV. Good size kitchen/dining/living which includes a fully equipped kitchen, 8 seater dining table, breakfast bar with seating for four, comfy couches, flat screen TV, Vodafone TV, Stereo, Xbox and Wii and unlimited Wifi.

Outside includes a gas BBQ and outdoor table easily fitting 6 and great panoramic views. Heating is via heat pump in living, panel heaters in all bedrooms and underfloor heating in ensuite and main bathroom. Internal access to large single garage and washing machine/dryer.

Great house in a great location

Faultless throughout. Lovely warm home that has everything you need. Was a perfect base for this family of 5 for our week in Wanaka. Would definitely book again.

Great stay!

Such a great property to stay! Very clean, kitchen well equipped and not cluttered, comfortable beds, lovely view of mountains. Host very welcoming and helpful, sorting out posting of lost teddies for us. Highly recommended!

Great accomodation

The accomodation was very comfortable and had wonderful views. Had everything we needed for our stay. Very convenient for the walking we did around the area and the centre of Wanaka was a very short drive from the house. Enjoyed our time both at the accomodation and in the Wanaka area.

Perfect as Described!

The house is located in a residential area that is in a nice location. The house is very comfortable with plenty of room to spread out. Kitchen was very well stocked if you wanted/needed anything. Washer was a plus and worked well. Thanks for a great stay.

Excellent Property

My family and I stayed in this property in early December for 10 days. The house is very comfortable and for those of us looking for some gentle exercise, an ideal walking distance from Lake Wanaka and the village centre. I was last in Wanaka some 25 years ago and while the residential area has grown significantly, it has retained its charm and of course the lovely scenery. Can’t wait for our next visit!

Outstanding property

This is a great house in a really nice, quiet part of Wanaka. It's actually only a 20-minute walk into town, so we didn't use the car much at all. The beds are all very comfortable, the kitchen has everything you could need, the living room is very comfortable and the bathrooms have excellent showers. The owner is also an excellent communicator.

Excellent stay in wanaka

We stayed for four days in this lovely home. Quiet street just a few min drive from town. House is well equipped to cook some meals at home and relax enjoying the view of the mountains. Everything is well maintained, clean and organized. It was still a bit chilly and the heat works well to keep the house warm. Really useful to have laundry facilities also. Close to a number of hikes and easy access to the main town for groceries or shopping. Wanaka is a wonderful spot and we hope to return sometime!

Wonderful stay on Wanaka

We had an excellent 5 day stay at this property. Clean and comfortable house in excellent condition with great facilities. Fabulous local hiking and bike riding . The host was very helpful .

Good place to stay for a week's skiing. House well equipped. Quiet (even the builders next door). Caution ice when putting bins out (best done in daylight). Easy access to main roads and not far from town.

Fabulous Stay in Wanaka

We had a fantastic stay at Blairs gorgeous home in Wanaka, the house is very new and modern and had everything we needed for a great family break and few days up the mountain skiing. Internal access garaging was a treat - easy living all on one level, 2 modern bathrooms and sun-drenched living area. The kitchen and living area is all lovely and open plan and spacious. The house was very well equipped with a fab smart TV and good collection of DVDs for the kids and ample fresh towels. Kitchen also well equipped with all the essentials. The location was great - easy access to Wanaka town and the mountain. Highly recommend this property for a an enjoyable easy stay in Wanaka. Thank you Blair for accomodating us.
