Great little cabin in quiet area
I rented this before a wedding event in Bailey. Coiming from out of town, it was the perfect blend of mountain retreat and just close enough to 285 to get around the broader area for events. The hot tub alone made it worth it, being able to unwind after events all day was perfect.
Our stay was fantastic. Mark was a great host who was fry responsive and accommodating. The cabin and hot tub were fantastic, and we will definitely be back. We love Bailey and a quiet weekend in was perfect!

Great little house
We had a great time, the house is in a secluded little mountain town/neighborhood with dirt roads which we found charming. The house was great with modern amenities, the map on the wall with all of the local fishing lakes and trailheads was a nice touch and we enjoyed going to each of them. My wife and I enjoyed Bailey so much we are considering moving there after this stay!
It was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, secluded, the hot tub was perfect. The kitchen is great for simple meals, but could use a better chopping knife. We definitely plan to visit again!
This was a great quick weekend getaway for my husband and I. We have a 7 month old and while a little cozy with a pack n play in the bedroom (there is no door separating the bedroom and living room) . The cabin was clean, had everything we needed, and the hot tub was perfect for the cold night. Would highly recommend and stay again.
Had a good stay at this place. Cute little home in the mountains. Nice area, beautiful scenery, lots of outdoors nearby. Even had an issue with the door late night but the host was there to help and got me in. Great communication and service.
For what I wanted (a week of writing, resting, hiking, etc.), it was great. Perfect size and was clean. Hot tub was great.
Bailey's a cool little town but the neighborhood for the cabin is a bit of a hodgepodge. The pictures make it look more secluded than it is. That was fine for me, but it's not a cabin hidden in the woods. Also, no dishwasher and not a ton of dishes (e.g. no big pot for boiling water). All was fine for me since I was by myself.
I really enjoyed it and communication was easy.
The stay was good. However there were a few things that could be improved on. We ran out of hot water after a day in the cabin. We had an instance where the keypad was not operational for some reason and we could not get inside the house. The company was very quick to resolve this issue so it wasn’t too bad. Overall the place was clean, however there was a musty smell in the bathroom.
Back porch with comfortable seating, wonderful hot tub and grill. Enjoyed the privacy. Cabin was comfortable and did need some items for the kitchen that the owner quickly responded to our request and delivered new supplies that same day. Good shower and comfortable queen bed. Ceiling fan was great to have during the heat of the day. Only concern was the septic system, which would give off a sewer gas smell into the cabin. Owner attempted to address this with maintenance personnel that was not 100% successful. She was very good at communicating to us that this was a work in progress. It must have been a problem before, as there were spent air fresheners hanging in several locations in the cabin. Neighborhood was generally quiet. Unpaved road did have a lot of potholes and wash but not uncommon in the area. Appliances all worked well and would definitely stay again, provided the septic problem was corrected.

From the owner: Hi Susan, thank you for all of the kind words we are happy that you were so pleased with our home and had so many positives. We and several others have checked, and no one has noticed any odors from the septic system. We have a very expensive efficient system that is monitored by a certified company twice a year, which is a requirement by Park County. Perhaps it was an odor from outside. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests.
