Reverse cycle split system air-conditioning in lounge room, and kitchen/dining space; Ceiling fans in master queen bedroom; Kitchen/dining area has ceiling fan; Pedestal fan. 2 spacious lounge rooms with large televisions (with USB port); Board games; Books. Fully equipped kitchen with gas stove, electric oven, microwave, Dulce Gusto coffee machine (guests need to bring compatible coffee pods or purchase locally), dishwasher & large fridge with freezer on top; Highchair; Additional fridge with freezer in laundry. Front load washing machine; Iron; Ironing board. Undercover outdoor entertaining area; Hooded gas barbecue; Pizza oven. Fenced yard; Lawned rear yard; Swing set.
