Mountain Springs is an exceptional home set amongst the dramatic escarpment of Kangaroo Valley. This new architecturally designed home offers breathtaking views from every room! Situated on 5 acres and just a 15 minute drive from Kangaroo Valley village, the home has exceptional entertaining areas including an alfresco courtyard with BBQ and a large infinity mineral pool that overlooks the surrounding bushland and escarpment. Private and tranquil and with high end finishes including geothermal heating and cooling for year round comfort and an exquisite kitchen including German appliances, guests will find this home to be a perfect country retreat.

Mountain Springs is located a 15 minute drive from the Kangaroo Valley Village and just 2 hours from Sydney, Nestled between the breathtaking Kangaroo Valley escarpments, guests will appreciate the privacy of this property. The towns and villages of the Southern Highlands can be reached in around 30 minutes.

Mountain Springs is a private, luxurious, contemporary home. Architecturally designed, the outstanding design features include charred ironbark cladding, handcrafted sandstone blade walls and Italian limestone throughout. Not only is the home beautiful to look at, it is functional with seamless indoor/outdoor living, and so much more!
How is the property laid out?
Mountain Springs is a single story, pavilion style home with two wings; the main living area and the sleeping quarters.
In the main living area you will find a gourmet kitchen, complete with Italian marble benchtops, high end appliances, a butler's pantry with a wine fridge and a coffee machine. The dining and living areas are separated by a double-sided combustion fire. The kitchen, living and dining area features floor to ceiling glass walls to make the most of the beautiful surroundings.
The sleeping quarters sleep 8 guests across 4 large bedrooms. The master, with a king bed, has an ensuite with a bath, shower and toilet. The second king bedroom has an ensuite with a shower and toilet, while the third king bedroom and the bedroom with 2 queen beds share a bathroom with a shower and toilet. All bedrooms are positioned to have fantastic views of the surrounding bushland and escarpment!
WiFi, Netflix, Pay TV – will I have it?
Mountain Springs has several smart TV’s. Please bring your own logins to access streaming services.
This property provides complimentary WiFi and a password will be provided in your pre-arrival email, or will be available at the property. Please note that even though the house has a reliable Starlink connection, neither The Holidays Collection nor the owner can guarantee 100% that the WiFi will work, and no compensation will be payable if problematic. If WiFI is critically important to you, please have your own backup plan.
What about outdoors?
The outdoors of Mountain Springs is as impressive as the indoors. The dining area opens seamlessly onto the large deck, perfect for alfresco dining. Step down into the BBQ area that also has a fireplace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors on those cooler evenings. Stone paving from Italy and decking surrounds the house and leads you to the heated ionised mineral pool. Large, open grassed areas surround the house.
Please note: there is an unfenced dam on the property that is close to the house.
Staying warm or keeping cool
Mountain Springs has ducted heating and cooling throughout. The bedrooms have ceiling fans for the warmer days. The living room and dining area has a double-sided combustion fireplace for cooler evenings.
What about sheets, towels and other supplies?
High quality sheets and bath towels are provided at Mountain Springs. Beach towels are also provided for use by the pool.
Parking for cars etc?
There is parking available in the garage and ample parking on the driveway. Please do not park on the grass.
Is my dog or cat also welcome to stay?

What are the minimum stay rules?
Summer Season: Between 2 and 7 nights, depending on the property
Easter: 4 nights
Long Weekends: 3 nights
All other times: 2 nights
Are there any special Summer Season rules?
Please note that during Summer Season, our properties may have designated changeover days so as to make the cleaning rosters manageable. We also do not schedule arrivals on the Christmas, Boxing, and New Years Day public holidays.
