For nearly thirty years, our home has been a place of joy, laughter, and cherished memories with family, friends, and neighbors. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood, it's the perfect place for kids to ride their bikes and play safely. From strolling to the golf course to watch fireworks on the 4th of July to gathering on the bay's sandy shores while my dad and kids dug for clams, every moment here has been special.
This year, we've decided to share our home so other families can create their own unforgettable memories. We hope you enjoy your time in beautiful Chatham as much as we have.

Let Us Tell You About This Home:
In a quiet Chatham neighborhood surrounded by homes cherished by families for generations sits Poppy's Place - truly beloved by all who have stayed there. This home offers three levels to spread out in, offering plenty of space for your family to enjoy.

Enter through the grandiose double doors into the foyer of this home and you will be presented with a direct sightline across the home to the wall of windows and French doors that lead to the patio and backyard. In front of you is the living room which consists of a couch facing the TV and fireplace (not for guest use) and an additional seating area beyond that with another comfortable couch and two arm chairs.

The seating area is open to the dining room and one wall running the length of both rooms is almost entirely glass, allowing the distinction between outdoors and in to delightfully disappear. The French doors on the wall assist in this regard by allowing guests to easily traverse between the interior and exterior spaces. Take your meals outside and dine in the twilight or view it from the other side of the glass - the choice is yours!

Through a doorway off of the dining room is the spacious kitchen. Plenty of counterspace on which to prepare meals and an "eat-in" area of the kitchen featuring a table for four and another wall made of mostly glass allowing for views of the front of the home. A perfect space to enjoy your morning coffee and plan your day!

Returning to the foyer, you can ascend to the upper level of this home which offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Bedroom #1 is the primary accommodations with a King sized bed, large closet and ensuite bathroom (#1) with shower.

Bedroom #2 has a nautical theme and provides a Queen sized bed for guests along with a flat screen TV and storage space in a large dresser. Bathroom #2 is found in the hallway, has a tub/shower combination and is shared by the two bedrooms adjacent to it. Bedroom #3 features another King sized bed and flat screen TV with lots of room to unpack and settle in to the space.

The lower level of this home is truly an unexpected surprise! There is a private room offering additional sleep space by providing both a Double and Queen sized bed. There is also Bathroom #3 with shower and a laundry room nearby. A secondary living room with flat screen TV and Queen sized sleeper sofa also adorns the lower level. Additionally, this room has a sliding glass door that leads to a private sunken patio space - fully fenced above with stairs leading to a gate off of the backyard.

For Reservations made over 60 days away, you will make two payments - 50% initial payment with reservation and the final balance will be auto billed to your credit card 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Mastercard and Visa for payments.
A confirmed reservation is non refundable--please consider purchasing trip cancellation insurance. Ask our guest specialist for more details regarding cancel options and trip insurance.
***Linens - bed sheets, bath/dish/beach towels and bath mats are not included with this home but can be rented at time of booking or at a later date through our linen rental partner. Please ask our guest specialist for details. Our NEVR Homes come with mattress covers, pillows and a bed cover such as blanket, quilt, bedspread etc.
