One of the many perks of staying at this four-bedroom home is its great location within walking distance to the Chatham fish pier and the downtown area. A favorite pastime of residents and visitors alike is watching commercial fishing boats unload their haul for the day at the fish pier (a half mile away). Downtown Chatham is less than a mile from the home. Here you'll find restaurants (The Chatham Squire, Impudent Oyster, Bluefins Saki & Sushi Bar) and plenty of shopping. There are also many attractions within a mile, including Cape Cod Baseball League games at Veterans Field, films at the historic Chatham Orpheum; Oyster Pond Beach for swimming; and fun exhibits at the Shark Center, where you can learn all about Atlantic White Sharks.
Other perks include a spacious backyard with a deck and a dining table for six, an outdoor shower, fire pit, plus a picnic table for eight set on a well-manicured lawn, as well as a ping pong table in the basement.
