Great location in a lovely, quiet neighborhood. Everything was neat, clean, and comfortable. Really enjoyed having our coffee on the front porch! The only note is that the clothes dryer took multiple cycles to dry a load. Otherwise, everything was terrific.Would definitely book again for future Knoxville visits.
Home was in excellent condition, no problem with check-in, check-out or getting into the home upon arrival. Host kindly allowed early check-in and late check-out for our stay. Beds were comfortable. Everything we used in the home functioned as expected. We did not cook in the home, so cannot speak to how the home is stocked for cooking. No issues with warm/hot water in the bathrooms/showers. Host was very responsive when we discovered the house was very low on a toiletry, even added in additional laundry item. Bathrooms had shampoo and conditioner but no soap/body wash; just something to be aware of. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!
This place worked great for our multi generational family. Nice back yard with table and Arizona room. Thoughtful treats left. Good response to a few items that were needed. Would stay again.
Pet Friendly Home in Safe Neighborhood Close to Campus
Great home with plenty of space for our family of 3 and two small pets. The host has snacks, coffee and creamer as well as plenty of towels. The beds were comfortable and it was a great location for our pets. We were also close to UT, which is why we were in town. Thank you for a great stay!

Liked: Check-in, location, listing accuracy
Disliked: Communication
We arrived to a noticeable odor in the house. A can of Febreze was provided, which helped temporarily, but the source turned out to be damp laundry left in the washing machine, sheets and towels that had been washed but never dried. I rewashed them (there was no detergent, so I used hot water), dried and folded them, and left them for the host.Beds were made with only fitted sheets and comforters, no flat sheets, which was unusual but manageable. There was only one washcloth for four guests, we ran out of toilet paper by the second day with no extra supply, and we discovered dirty dishes still in the dishwasher. No idea how long those were in there. The front porch light was also very dim, making entry difficult at night.I messaged the host about these issues on the second day but never received a response. While the house is in a nice, safe neighborhood, the overall upkeep and guest preparation were mediocre at best.

From the owner: We apologize for the conditions when you arrived. We had some issues with the cleaners who left laundry in the washer and dishes in the dishwasher. They also did not leave out the flat sheets. We have reevaluated their position and decided a change was necessary. We have a new team that we hope will follow our rules and will provide a clean property for every new guest. We also store extra toilet paper in the bathroom cabinet, and the porch light bulb has been replaced. Again, we apologize and hope you will give us another opportunity to show you we've improved.
The home was lovely. All the beds were very comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly. The reason for a 4 Star was because the amenities were lacking. The kitchen needed a toaster, salt and pepper at the very least. A can open or scissors were nowhere to be found. It made cooking “at home” more difficult. I
Brought my own Dutch oven and was glad once I saw how sparse the cooking pans were. We bought several items at the local Walmart. Towels or any extra blankets I’m assuming were locked in one of the closets. So bring your own if you want to cozy up in the evening and watch tv. The house was lovely, but without more “home away from home” items I would not stay again.
