Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place, very close to downtown, UT, stadium, Walmart, restaurants, 1 hour from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, 1 minute from highway 275 which connects to the most important highways in 2 minutes.
The house has 3 bedrooms; one is closed off and is the one I use when the house is not rented, this third bedroom will never be used by me during your stay to ensure your complete privacy. The listing includes a master bedroom with a spacious bathroom featuring a rain shower with head and back massage jets, a second bedroom with direct access to a full guest bathroom and a back door that connects to the porch and the fairly large backyard, a modern open-plan kitchen, living and dinning area, and a laundry for extended stays. The front of the house also has a small garden with 2 chairs to enjoy the view. The house is very comfortable and you are invited to enjoy it during your stay in Knoxville.

Perfect property for University of Tennessee orientation with my daughter. It was close to campus and easy to get to. House was immaculate, kitchen and bathroom looked to be recently remodeled. I had a few questions for the host when I arrived and she was quick to respond. Coming back again in August for move-in day!

Nice clean home with easy access to freeways. Quiet neighborhood and sidewalks for walking with my dog. There were 2 loose dogs that were running around when I arrived which made it tough to be outside with my dog but they eventually went away. Overall a very nice place for an overnight stay.

We had an excellent stay at this property. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, and everything worked perfectly. The location was convenient and quiet, making it easy to relax and enjoy the trip.The host was outstanding with communication and made check-in and check-out simple. You can tell they truly care about their guests and keeping the property in top condition.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and stress-free getaway. 5 stars all the way!

The house was very clean and smelled amazing. The yard had not been mowed recently. There are no curtains in the bathrooms covering the windows. We did not have enough wash clothes for bathing.

The bathroom window has no curtain so that plenty of light gets in; furthermore, it has been verified that nothing is visible from the outside looking in. The grass was mowed on Tuesday, and there were three washcloths in the bathroom. We had a minor disagreement with the guest—whom I prefer not to name for the sake of their privacy; it is strange that all my guests rate my property extremely highly, yet you did not. You forgot to mention that I allowed you to check in earlier than agreed. God bless you.

We stayed here for an event at Neyland. The house is a short distance from the stadium. We Ubered there for 15. Way cheaper than event parking!The house is very nice. The host was helpful and friendly. She allowed us to arrive early so we could drop our car and Uber out. There was some confusion about how many guests we had. We had 4 but apparently it was reported we had 5. That was not the case. The host questioned me multiple times about having an extra guest. I assured her we only had 4 and asked if she had outside cameras to verify. This was a small hiccup but wanted to mention so other users can be mindful that this property is a max of 4 guests. It is a beautiful home. I appreciate the host’s willingness to accommodate our requests.
