Our newly renovated, quiet, and centrally located space in Bloordale is a 6 minute walk from the TTC. We are surrounded by excellent food and entertainment options in a vibrant, inclusive community. With space to relax and work, our cozy basement is here for your Toronto work week or as a hub to explore.

This cozy basement apartment is small but mighty, and in an amazing part of the city. It has all the essential amenities as your home away from home.

You'll enter through the bedroom, and a short hallway takes you to the living space, kitchen, and small office.

Kitchen is fully stocked with essentials for cooking, with all new appliances.
The bright bathroom has a large stand-up shower.

As it's a basement, there are some low areas, so this space may not be suitable for people over 6' tall (183cm).

Enter the alley to the right of 724 (see photo!), and at the rear on the left will be a few steps down to a bright yellow door marked 724B.
