Thanks so much for staying with us, Jesse, and for taking the time to leave a review. We’re happy to hear you enjoyed both the unit and the location since that combo is exactly what we aim for. We’d be glad to host you again anytime you’re back in the area. - Dave and the Simple Vacation Rentals Team

Angela, thanks so much for staying with us and for sharing your experience. We’re glad to hear the condo was clean and matched the photos, since having everything feel accurate and ready on arrival is a big part of a smooth ski trip. It is great to hear you found the shuttle easy to use, as that quick access to the mountain is one of the perks guests enjoy most during busy ski weekends. Happy you were able to relax at the pool and hot tub after a day on the slopes, since unwinding a bit can really round out the whole Killington experience. We’d be happy to have you back anytime you’re planning another trip to the area. - Dave and the Simple Vacation Rentals Team

Thanks for your review. The location really is central to everything in Killington. There was some summer construction during your stay, but that work is all part of upgrades that will be finished before ski season. We look forward to hosting you again once the improvements are complete. - Dave and the Simple Vacation Rentals Team

Thanks for your feedback! We’re glad you liked the location, the renovations, and the pool/gym, and we appreciate the shoutout about our communication. That said, we're sorry the cleanliness and kitchen setup didn’t meet your expectations. After your stay, we replaced the pots and pans so everything is properly matched and organized. We also had our cleaning team take care of the vents and under the beds to make sure everything is spotless moving forward. We always aim to provide a great experience and truly appreciate your input. While we’re sorry to hear you wouldn’t stay again, we do hope you’ll reconsider in the future. Wishing you all the best on your next Killington trip!

Thanks for the honest review. Sorry again that the original unit wasn’t available. I’m glad we were able to get you into a place you ended up enjoying. The ski-in ski-out spot with the private hot tub is definitely a favorite. I appreciate your patience with the communication. We know it can be a little confusing when multiple team members are involved, and we’re working on making that smoother. We’d love to host you again anytime and make sure everything is spot on from the start. - Dave and the Simple Vacation Rentals Team
