Bathroom: Washcloths, hand towels, bath towels, bathmat ,small garbage can, liquid hand soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, bleach tablets
Living Room: Comfortable and relaxed seating for 6 guests, gas fireplace, Internet TV service (Satellite/Cable), DVD/Blu-Ray player, Smart TV, high speed WiFi
Bedrooms:
-Bedroom 1: Located on the first floor next to the full bath, this bedroom features 1 queen bed, dresser, night stands, full length mirror, Smart TV, 2 large closets, window a/c, baseboard heat, and a ceiling fan.
-Bedroom 2: Located on the 2nd floor and shares a 1/2 bath with bedroom 3, this bedroom features 1 queen bed, dresser, night stands, window ac, baseboard heat, and Smart TV.
-Bedroom 3: This room is located on the 2nd floor with access to a shared 1/2 bath with bedroom 2. This bedroom features twin bunk beds and is best suited for kids. The room was designed for kids and all of the furniture in the room is kid sized furniture. Adults can sleep in the bunk beds, but this is not recommended.
Outdoor: Gas (propane) grill, barbeque grill space, tongs, and cleaning brush, fire ring, chairs for 6 around the fire pit, hot tub, spacious deck with rocking chairs and a dining table. Guests have access to 161 Strong Branch Road, which is 55 acres near/adjacent to the property (see road sign). This allows for hiking, wildlife watching and a picnic area at the top of the property with picnic table.
Parking: The driveways is long and made of gravel. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles. Motorcycles are not recommended due to the gravel drive, but the driveway and yard are mostly flat. No parking on the grass.
- We recommend reading our Guest Rental Agreement entirely prior to booking. This will have to be signed prior to any Check-In Instructions being provided. Please reach out to us directly if you would like to view the Guest Rental Agreement before booking.
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you must cancel or reschedule your stay. No refunds or date modifications within 14 days or less of your arrival.
- No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in our area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out.
- Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year’s, Valentine`s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
