Family Reunion and Mom’s Birthday (90th)

Spacious and fantastic location to house children and a couple grandkids (adult) and hold a great reunion. Everyone had privacy in bedrooms and adequate bathrooms, and access to a great pool, spa, the ocean, and adequate space to prepare and enjoy meals. The grill, kitchen, and indoor and outdoor dining areas were perfect for all of us. Thanks for a great stay.

Before arrival I was able to make arrangements to have a package sent. It was at the house upon check in waiting for me. The house was clean and smelled fresh. I was able to connect briefly to the property manger to review any questions I had about the property. This property is less than a block away from a more private section of the beach. Also a supermarket was just 1 blocks away! The pool was highly chlorinated, but all the equipment worked just fine. There was pool floats and beach chairs and umbrellas (some broken) for our use. Flaws: heavily soloed mattress covered by soloed mattress covers. Showers not properly sealed which led to wet floors. Most bathroom vents did not operate. Very modern and glamorous house; supplies with all the things to get you started on a beautiful stress free vacation.
