This was our second time staying here for a business strategic planning retreat. It is a wonderful house with very generous living and sleeping spaces. Great for meeting and hanging out during the day and retreating to privacy at night. The neighborhood is fabulous for walking or running! The pool and hot tub is wonderful for hanging out in during afternoon and evening! House and kitchen are well equipped. The property manager gave us great referrals to activities, specifically a 50 foot yacht for an all day private charter, which was fantastic! We can't wait to go back to this property :-)

Beautiful Property!

We checked in for a Thursday-Sunday weekend trip for about 14 girls who are all about 30. The property was PERFECT for hosting a large group because it has 2 ovens, a massive fridge, a beautiful drink fridge (separate), ice fridge, backup fridge, etc. It just made it a really easy place to host because there was more than enough room for everything. The property has a gorgeous big pool, great outside area, was perfectly clean when we checked in etc! Things to be aware of: 1.) I think the team sets the thermostats upstarts on 'eco mode' change this as soon as you get in because it was SO HOT upstairs. Thermostat read 77 degrees the first night and it took a couple hours to cool down once we realized what was going on. 2.) One of the rooms is in the garage.. We didnt use that room but something to be aware of when you are booking it. This place was truly awesome and I would definitely book again!

Amazing stay

We stayed here for my brothers bachelor party and it was literally the perfect spot. Super clean and massive.Could not have asked for a better place. The management company is also super nice too! I 100 percent recommend staying here.

Amazing property and ideal location

An oasis that you never have to leave. But, you will. We walked to the beach and to Lauderdale by the sea. The back yard is east facing so we enjoyed the morning sun while having a coffee. We also learned to paddle board and took the little ones for a kayak ride. Highly recommend.

Perfect Getaway

I stayed here with my family for Thanksgiving vacation. The house is impeccably clean and has everything you could possibly need and more. Check-in was a breeze and the property manager is top notch. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. We didn’t want to leave! Do not hesitate to book this house.

Great Stay

Came here with a large group of old college friends and had a fantastic stay. Communication with the property manager was easy and efficient. House was really impressive and very well kept with plenty of bedrooms. Pool / Jacuzzi were a great amenity as well as access to the lagoon! Lastly, the public beach is only a short walk away. Will definitely stay again if ever in the area with a group.

Family Reunion Worthy

This home was the perfect place for our family reunion. It had enough plates, utensils, pool/beach toys, rooms and bathrooms to keep everyone happy and comfortable. The home is incredibly kid friendly and was a short 5 minute walk to the beach. The dock was a hit and we caught several fish and even paddle boarded! The grocery store, several restaurants, and liquor store were right across the main street! We loved it and would definitely return.

We had a great time. House looked just like the pictures. Liliana was very responsive. We had a great time! Only suggestion is to make sure all appliances are working. Stove and oven were a challenge.

Winter Retreat ‘24

Wonderful property manager(s) who were very accommodating. The property needs some updating and several things were challenging to keep working (hot tub/pool heater, outside and inside tvs). Not all room have private en-suite bathrooms which was unclear from the listing.

Beautiful & Perfect to Host

We had a bachelorette group stay here for the weekend and loved every second. The home is exactly as pictured. Everything is clean and set up for your needs. Perfect location and easy to get to surrounding neighborhoods whether you want to go to the beach or explore the nightlife.

Great Backyard Setting, with a house with plenty of room

The house manager was very responsive. Location is close to some great restaurants. The beach was farther than we would have liked, but the pool setting at the house helped offset this.

Great property, will likely book again!

We rented this property for a few days to do some planning as a team of coworkers. We had plenty of space for everybody to have their own bedroom and bathroom, communication with the property manager was wonderful, the pool, and the canal provided great enjoyment between meetings, and the neighborhood was nice for morning runs and jogs Also very close to some great food options!
