This studio apartment is a compact (19 sqm) self sufficient comfortable apartment. You also get to enjoy the Resort facilities, spa, tennis, BBQ, children`s play area.

There is access to your apartment and the shared laundry, car park, resort facilities of spa, tennis, BBQ, children`s play area.

This is a self check in apartment so you can arrive at your convenience, I`m available by phone and live in Methven.

Situated opposite the Methven A&P showgrounds and close to the `Opuke Hot Pools`. Pubs and shops within easy walking distance.

It`s an easy walk to the Town Centre and Opuke Hot Pools.
Good parking on-site.

Very close to Town Centre facilities, and Opuke Hot Pools, - just an easy 5 minute stroll.
There is an EV vehicle charge station on site at the resort that charges Tesla`s only, another public one is at the south east corner of the Town Hall.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Property was a little tired, Fire places decomissioned and only found out after paid for... Host was very good and moved us promptly (1 hour) when no power. Then another few hours to sort the internet as there was no power to the Starlink from the first property which supplied the one we were put into as a second option. - but host sorted us. Location is excellent as was the comfort - nice sheets BTW and good to have real crystal in the cabinet.
