Upon entering, you’ll find a well-appointed primary bedroom on the main floor, featuring a king bed and an ensuite bathroom complete with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, bidet, and heated floors for ultimate privacy and relaxation. Another main-floor bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, ensuring comfort for all, and a shared bathroom with a tub/shower combo, bidet, and hairdryer. The basement bedroom is perfect for families, equipped with twin-over-twin and full-over-full bunk beds suitable for both children and adults.
The basement family room is an ideal gathering spot, complete with a sleeper sofa for flexible sleeping arrangements. A shared bathroom at this level also features a tub/shower combo, bidet, and hairdryer. The upstairs bedroom/den includes two queen-sized, self-inflatable air beds and ample lounging space, perfect for movie nights, with a convenient ensuite bathroom with a tub/shower combo, bidet, and hairdryer.
The kitchen is a chef's dream, fully equipped with dishware, glassware, cookware, a crockpot, wine opener, coffee maker, and Keurig. Modern amenities enhance your stay, including high-speed Wi-Fi and Smart TVs throughout the property. Relax in the hot tub after a day of local exploration. The inviting fireplace adds warmth and ambiance, ideal for cozy evenings. Outdoor cooking enthusiasts will appreciate the natural gas BBQ grill, ensuring you never run out of propane. We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. If your pet is accepted, the pet fee, which covers both hosting and pet cleaning, will be added to the reservation. Some restrictions apply.
Pet Fees:
Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!
Two small to mid-size vehicles can be parked in the garage and two in the driveway. No street parking. NO Recreational Vehicle, Boat, Trailer, or Oversized Vehicle Parking. The garage has ski/snowboard racks and a boot dryer!
Getting Around: New free bus routes have been added! The property is just 3 minutes from Richardson Flat parking, with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30 am to 11:05 pm. The bus lines include Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. Plan your ride with the “MyStop” app by High Valley Transit, offering free ride options from the home.
Moose Management ensures timely and helpful communication regarding your trip. Upon arrival, access your vacation home easily with a keyless secure door code—no need to stop and pick up keys. Your rental will be professionally cleaned and ready for you, complete with an initial setup of items including shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens.
