Located right off the Jordanelle Parkway, Parks Edge is a charming community 10 minutes from Old Town Park City (Main Street) and the ski slopes. Close enough to be convenient but far enough out of downtown to provide peace and privacy, this home is perfect for a getaway during any season of the year! With 3 bedrooms, 3 full baths and 1600 square feet, it sleeps 8 people perfectly.
This NEW, beautifully decorated Tri-level Townhome is perfectly designed for small groups and families alike. Exceptional care and consideration have been taken in the décor and amenities throughout the home. On the main level, a gorgeous, living room with a 55” HD Smart TV awaits you. There’s plenty of seating, a queen sleeper sofa, a ceiling fan, a gas fireplace, and access to a balcony with seating and a Gas BBQ Grill.
The Dining Area has a dining table plus island with combined Seating for eight. It is located right next to the Deluxe Kitchen. Granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and everything you’ll need for a meal at home are featured there. There are dishes, glassware, silverware, baking pans, pots, stainless steel cookware, frying pans, casserole dishes, a blender, coffee maker, 2 crockpots and so much more to making cooking and dining in a breeze!
The main level also has a bedroom with a Queen bed and a 32” Smart TV. There is a full bathroom right outside the bedroom.
Upstairs, you’ll find a Private Master Suite sanctuary. The master bedroom has a King-sized bed, ceiling fan, 55” Smart TV, and En Suite bathroom with a separate Soaking Tub, shower and walk-in closet. Just across from the master bedroom is an Office with seating, a writing desk and a glass door that can be closed for additional privacy and sound control while working. This room also offers a great space to set up a crib or pack-n-play for the smaller travelers!
Downstairs, on the first floor, you will find another Master Suite with Queen-sized bed, 32” Smart TV and En Suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination. There is a full-size HE Washer and Dryer located on the 1st floor which is perfect for freshening linens, towels or ski and swimwear.
The entire home has Central Air-conditioning for the warmer summer months, heat for the winter, FREE WiFi and DIRECTV D-Stream service. All TVs are also Roku ready for streaming. There are also Board Games and Cards, alarm clocks in each bedroom and a 2 blow dryers.
The Private Garage has a convenient ski storage rack and room for two small to mid-size vehicles and there is also first come, first served neighborhood parking for any extra cars. NO Recreational Vehicle, Boat, Trailer, or Oversized Vehicle Parking.
Getting Around: NEW free bus routes added! Just 3 minutes to Richardson Flat parking with bus lines running to Park City and Deer Valley Ski Resorts and Old Town daily from 5:30am-11:05pm. The bus lines are Silver, Brown, and Grey routes. You can plan your ride with the “MyStop” app. Look up High Valley Transit and download their app for FREE ride options from the home as well.
Along with the beautiful home, you’ll have access to the Retreat at Jordanelle Clubhouse. Featuring a fitness center with a shower-equipped locker room, a private conference room, and an entertaining area with vaulted ceilings, it’s sure to add to your amazing getaway. Note: The theater room may not be accessible. During the summer, a large outdoor pool allows lots of swimming and water activities. There’s a clubhouse hot tub available year-round as well. Adjacent to the wetlands, several walking trails are leading to a covered pavilion, a 15-acre community park, and a large grass-sports area.
We’re “Dog Friendly!” We’d love to welcome you and your four-legged family member. To include your dog, you MUST REQUEST the inclusion, sign a pet addendum/agreement, and receive a WRITTEN APPROVAL of acceptance prior to arriving at the home. If your pet is accepted, the pet fee, which covers both hosting and pet cleaning, will be added to the reservation. Some restrictions apply.
Pet Fees: Nightly Pet Fee: $25 per night, per pet, with a minimum charge of $100 and a maximum charge of $350. Monthly Pet Stays: $450 for the first pet and $200 for the second pet each month. Pet Cleaning Fee: $100 per stay. No pet charges will be incurred if the pet is not approved. Please contact us with any questions or to add your pet to your reservation!
Moose Management is timely and helpful with communications regarding your trip. Upon arrival, easily access your vacation home with a key-less secure door code; no need to stop and pick up keys. We visited Park City for Christmas and New Years. The place was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows and the bathrooms had plenty of towels. Only negative was that we had very little snow.

Summer Vacation
We had a really nice time, and enjoyed staying at this property. It is not right in Park City, but was still close enough, and easy to drive in, or go down to Jordanelle. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and are open late.

Great option for lodging when skiing PC!
Everything was as listed. Very clean and comfortable. Look in the kitchen cabinets for toaster and blender! Remember your streaming logins for Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime etc. A simple 10-15 minute drive to the slopes….😉👍
