Welcome to this spacious 4-bedroom home, nestled in a safe and serene neighbourhood. Perfect for families, this residence combines comfort, style, and functionality, making it an ideal place to create lasting memories.
One of the standout features of this home is the expansive backyard. It's a private oasis, offering plenty of space for outdoor activities, gardening, or simply relaxing in the fresh air.

The space
Our home is perfect for large groups, families with teens/young adult children, or multiple family groups who value both communal and private spaces. Please access the property via West 34th avenue.

- 4 bedrooms each equipped with queen size beds.

- Large dining room to fit up to 8 guests

- Kitchen is fully stocked with essential appliances like stove top, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toasters, cooking utensils, blender, rice cooker, kettle, microwave, fridge and bbq grill utensils.

- Laundry room is located adjacent to kitchen, equipped with a washer, dryer and detergent.

- 2 bathrooms, one is full bathroom and the other one with a bathtub for both adults or kids to enjoy. one of the bathroom has iron board, irons and first aid.

- Our living room is equipped with a big sectional couch and includes a tv equipped with Netflix and tv cable.

- Ample of free parking spaces available on the property as well as street parking
please DO NOT park in front of neighbors' home out of courtesy to them

- Located at convenient location; under 20 mins drive to downtown or under 30 mins by public transit.

- Under 20 mins drive to YVR airport

- Close to public transportation: bus stops on Granville Street is 2 mins away from the house

- Our property boasts a very large yard, complete with multiple seating areas. We also have BBQ grill to use as well.

- The health, safety, and wellbeing of our guests are of utmost importance to us. 2 sanitizing stations are located near both back and front door. For this reason, we use a thorough and extensive process of cleaning after each check-out.
Guest access
- You get the whole ground floor and large property to yourself and your families. The basement and garage is locked and unavailable to use.

- There is a lockbox outside the door. Please contact me to obtain the code in case the keypad doesn't work to get in.

Other things to note
NO PARTY OR EVENT
- We have a security system and outside surveillance cameras that are triggered by noise and motion. We will call Airbnb to force evacuating the guests entire group based on Airbnb's policy. $1000 fine will be charged for the rule violation.

QUIET HOURS: 11PM - 7AM
- We have a quiet hours policy between 11pm to 7am for our sake of neighbors' sanity and it also happens to be noise bylaw for city of Vancouver.

NO SMOKING
- To keep the house clean and smoke-free, smoking and marijuana consumption are not allowed inside the house. $750 extra cleaning fee will apply if house is smoked in.

SHOES OFF
- Shoes must be taken off after entering the house. We provide single use slippers to use during your stay.

TRASH
- Be sure to separate garbage, recycling and food and put them into the right trash bins (black for garbage, blue for recycle and green for food). The city will fine us if we put trash into the wrong bins. Please also make sure the lids are closed without gaps. Our cute animal neighbors, raccoons and birds, will drag the waste out and create messes on the street if they are given any chance.

Incredibly well stocked including creamer for coffee! Comfortable rooms and beds. Lots of space to stretch out. Convenient location. Extremely responsive and understanding host. Only criticism is that it is on a busy street but that should not deter anyone.

Great Location

This property was a great home base for our travels. We were able to travel to Stanley Park, Squamish, Granville Island, and Capilano quite easily. The house was spacious and offered all necessities.Property management was quick to respond when needed. I would definitely recommend this property for your visit to Vancouver.

A hidden gem! Centrally located so was easy to get to from the airport and uber rides to the Kits area were only 10. House was very clean, new appliances, fresh bathrooms. 5 Stars, especially for the price. My only issue was the road noise as it is beside a main roadway. Vehicles travelling at all hours of the day made it hard to enjoy the large lot that is avaible, but if you are used to city traffic than it won't be an issue!

Vancouver great location

The property was very clean and well equipped with kitchen supplies, bathroom amenities, ironing board, etc. Our daughter was married at Hycroft Manor and the location was very convenient to the wedding venue.It is also in walking distance to VanDuesn Botanical Gardens which is a lovely place to spend a couple of hours.

EXCELLENT host. Home was SO incredibly clean and tidy and was FULL of emergency toiletries. Beds were very clean and comfy and the towels were top notch. Bedrooms all had A/C and there was a fan in the living room. Great kitchen to prepare meals and everything you need to prepare coffee OR tea in the morning including the cream and sugar. The home is very deceiving on the outside as you would never know how welcoming it is on the inside. I am DEFINITELY booking this place again when I come back to Vancouver.

A group of friends stayed here for 3 nights. The check in was easy. The house was spotless clean. Towels, bedding, toiletries all provided. As well as coffee and other things in the kitchen to make the stay comfortable. The owner accommodated one of our friends arriving early. Great communication 15 dollar uber or less to downtown. Highly recommend.

Family Trip to Vancouver

My family of 6 spent 4 nights at this home on our visit to Vancouver. This is an older home that has been nicely renovated. The beds seemed new but were a little too firm for my liking but that is more a personal preference. House was very clean. It has a great location that is right on a bus line to downtown Vancouver and walking distance to VanDusen Botanical Garden which was great. It is on the corner of a busy road but this wasn't really an issue for us. I would stay here again.

House was very clean, communication was good. Layout is good for multiple couples or large families. Location is great, while on a busy street, driveway is on a side street and road noise was minimal. AC Window units in bedrooms only, furnishings were not to our taste, so not a homey feel, but they were comfortable. Would recommend to host not having so many decorations on countertop's in kitchen, bathrooms and bed side tables. Guest need space to put things. We just removed them all and replaced before we left. Would recommend, not a lot of properties this size in such a central location. It’s very clean, with plenty of amenities. A good interior designer could make this a 10/10 property, as is I would rate 7/10.

We had a great stay at Zaw’s spacious home! Space was very clean with some surfaces covered for protection. Plenty of towels, tissue and washing soaps etc for our 7 family members. Location was great for exploring the VC area. Adjacent to a busy street, but traffic noise was not an issue for us. Zaw and James were very responsive to any questions. Check in/out was a breeze. Family vacation to celebrate uncle's 81st birthday

We stayed a week while celebrating our uncle's 81st birthday. Three generations stayed here; grandparents, parents and two young children. We really appreciated the fact that this house was all one level and no stairs needed to be navigated to get to the bedrooms. The bedrooms were large and comfortable, there were plenty of towels available; the kitchen was well stocked. The neighborhood was quiet and location was excellent. We would definitely stay here again.

This house is the perfect location to enjoy all that Vancouver and the surrounding area has to offer. Very clean, easy to prepare simple meals .

We were in Vancouver for a celebration of life. We arrived after midnight and were able to enter with codes. Later we found that the provided keys worked better. Three generations and a cousin enjoyed as our home. One bed was normal height for grandma and we all slept very well. We bought some coffee and there were some pods there. We had a couple of problems that were correct very fast. Yard is beautiful with many flowers.

Decent house for family to stay in Vancouver

The house is well maintained. Overall it is very clean. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, it was perfect for our family to stay. The house is located on a main street but it is not very noisy at night. It's easy to go to downtown Vancouver and Richmond is not far away either. I was confused when I saw 2 listings of the same property on VRBO. The 2 listings were using almost the same images but the one I booked was pinpointed at an address about 3 blocks away from the actual address. On the other hand, the host was very responsive. He responded to my questions before and during my stay.

Clean, organized and thoughtful

We came to Vancouver to go on a cruise to Alaska. We were originally eight people which dropped down to six people. We needed a room for eight people to stay and found that this was so much more cost-effective than hotels.Unfortunately, our flight was delayed and we ended up not arriving in Vancouver until very late the ninth before our cruise and left the next morning rather than enjoying two nights before our cruise. We had a very short stay.We found it very clean, ample room for our group and they really went to great lengths to think of everything a renter might need. As the owner of vacation rental properties myself, I saw how much they paid attention to details.The communication was excellent from the beginning, and they were eager to answer all questions.We were happily surprised in the morning when we went outside and saw the beautiful flowers on the property.The house is located in a very upscale neighborhood in a safe area.The only downside was that we were without a car and the nearest place to get breakfast was about mile away so you need to walk far or get a taxi. The house is also on a busy Street so you can hear cars constantly.The beautiful view of mountains in the distance, the beautiful flowers on the property and the cleanliness and organization, great communication and how well the home was taken care of made up for the small downsides and made this a great stay.Definitely a good place to stay with a large group.

It’s a very clean home in a beautiful neighborhood. Door lock takes some time to get used to. Host is very responsive. There were plenty of amenities and supplies to help with our stay. It’s a perfect location between the airport and downtown and other main hot spots to visit.
