The Space:

Step into cozy elegance in this beautifully styled 3BR, 2BA upper house — the private main level of a larger North Vancouver home. With floral gardens, a gold-accented hot tub bath, a marbled kitchen, and sunlit gathering spaces, this retreat is designed for comfort and connection.



Please note: the lower/basement unit of the home will be occupied by the owners. The stairs connect the basement to the main house. The door at the bottom of the stairs remains locked. The basement is occupied by the owner, who will not access the main house unless necessary, and only with the guest’s permission—except in case of emergencies.
