A great cozy guest house.

Property feels brand new. Great furniture, internet, television and kitchen equipment. Full size frig with a large drawer freezer. Minutes from restaurants, bar and Lakeway Inn. Attentive hosts and off street covered parking.

Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
We never stayed there bc the listing was incorrect. Owners classified as a condo but it was a guest house. The owner was repairing the roof over the guest house when we arrived and couldn’t be bothered to fix the situation. I had to call VRBO who was very helpful and after that the owner blamed them for the incorrect listing the next day. We were in limbo for an e tire day. Overall guest house had minimal parking as the main house was full of people so a lot going on. If your looking for something quiet with privacy, this is not your guest house!
