A home-away-from-home in a convenient location.
Just a short walk to the restaurants, cafes and Sun Theatre in Yarraville Village or a quick trip to the city by train or by car.
A fully-equipped, new townhouse that has everything you need for a weekend away, a holiday or a work trip.
Perfect for couples, young families, friends or for those travelling solo who want their own space.
The location:
Just a 10 minute walk from the beautiful Yarraville village bustling with cafes, restaurants, cocktail bars and the iconic Sun theatre.
The house is about a 3 minute drive from the Westgate Bridge ramps.
It is only about a 13 minute train ride from Yarraville station to Southern Cross.
The property:
Two bedrooms each with a queen bed (upstairs).
Two bathrooms: one ensuite and one main bathroom (upstairs). Each have large showers.
Separate study nook with desk and office chair (upstairs).
Open living, kitchen and dining with four-seater dining table (downstairs).
Fully-equipped kitchen includes oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, pots, pans, knives, dinnerware, glassware, serveware, cooking utensils, cutlery, full sized fridge (including freezer) and pantry for your use. Tea & coffee and some condiments provided.
European laundry with washing machine/dryer (downstairs).
Backyard with a BBQ & six-seater dining table.
Three split systems.
Wifi .
Portacot and high chair can be provided on request.
One off-street car park.
The property has fairly steep stairs so unfortunately it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues.
The property is on a busy road but it is the second unit back from the road. The traffic is not too bad on weekends. There are also currently some building works happening on the block next door, but these are generally only during the day during the week.

Miksi majoittaja valitsi tämän majoituspaikan
I live in Yarraville and I absolutely love it! I have lived here for 3 years and in the area for about 10 years. It has a great mix of cafes, restaurants, bars community spaces and beautiful parks. It is very family friendly but also has a few really nice bars! Yarraville feels like a very small community and yet the city is very close and convenient.

My property is only a 10 minute walk to the heart of Yarraville. It is cosy but has everything you need to explore Yarraville and Melbourne! I am really proud of my property that I actually lived in for a couple of years, and it feels really nice to have guests enjoy the space I have created and to have positive experiences in Yarraville!
