For visitors looking for something a little nicer than typical rooms found in most hotels, our brand new 6 room motel is a great mix of rustic and modern character. Fun finishes such as sealed concrete floors, custom trim, live edge pine details, quartz counter tops, Onyx showers, custom headboards, floating fireplace, vaulted ceilings, nice tile, and reclaimed tin. Superb insulation and sound proofing keeps rooms comfortable and extremely quiet. This is not a standard hotel room!

The king bed is anchored by an awesome headboard with lamps that have usb ports as well as an outlet for your electric devices, and led back lighting. The mattress is the same as our other units and we have received nothing but compliments about their comfort. Linens are provided as well as a nice comforter.

An beautiful electric fireplace for additional heat or ambience floats below the wall-mounted television with Dishnetwork for entertainment.

Behind the sliding barn door, guests will find the beautiful bathroom with tile wainscotting, reclaimed tin tile ceiling, comfort height toilet, and a large shower. The shower has a low curb height and is easy to get in and out. Towels, wash clothes, a floor mat, and hand towels are provided.

The vanity area conveniently located just outside the bathroom has a wonderful quartz countertop and a with a large round mirror with integrated lighting which provides awesome lighting for shaving or applying makeup.There is also a microwave, coffee maker (with coffee, sugar, and creamer), and a mini fridge with a separate freezer for all your food items and beverages. A hair dryer is available upon request.

Air conditioning and heat are provided by the new mini split unit. Heat is supplemented by the large electric fireplace, however, it can be used without heat to add the warmth of ambiance without the increased temperature. The ceiling fan helps keep things comfortable too.

Please note that we do not provide personal hygiene products such as shampoo, body wash, conditioner, etc., nor do we provide ice. Extra towels, blankets, pillows, and hair dryer are available upon request. We do not offer daily turn down service.

Our property is on a hill side so parking is limited. Each unit has one parking place so for guests who intend on bringing trailers or recreational vehicles, we encourage you to reach out to us to discuss parking options before you book.

Convenience is one of our biggest selling point as we are as centrally located to EVERYTHING in the Black Hills. Drive times to the most northern and southern portions of the hills are equivalent. Needles Highway, Mount Rushmore, Crazy Horse Monument, Custer State Park, and Rapid City are all within a short 30 minute drive of your front door.

The motel is only two miles from Hill City, which has a grocery store, hardware store, many great restaurants and shops. Walmart and Target are only a 25 minute drive into Rapid City. Our 2.5 acre property consists of five cabins, and a six room motel. There is also a playground for the kids to release some energy.
