Trams to the city conveniently pass right by the front door.

This is a large four story apartment of 186 square meters with 156M internal and 30M external. Upon entering the ground floor, ascend via a spiral staircase or the lift to the first floor, where an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area awaits.
