Paradise awaits you in this 2,780 sq. ft. wonderful and luxurious two-story penthouse with mesmerizing Caribbean sights. This is the place to relax and forget about it all. “It is huge, and look at the incredible view!” are the two main comments we immediately get from our guests.
Step into luxury in this two-story penthouse, where breathtaking ocean views greet you from two spacious bedrooms, each with a private balcony and hammock. The third bedroom offers a serene jungle view. This exquisite condo comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it perfect for families or groups.
Enjoy the comfort of a fully equipped kitchen, a large TV room, and a dining area that seats up to 10 people. With 2.5 bathrooms, including a private ensuite for the master bedroom, convenience is at your fingertips. High-speed internet, Netflix, and Prime ensure you stay connected and entertained.
We have central air in the lower and mini-splits in each of the rooms in the upper levels, and also ceiling fans in case you want to avoid the cold air conditioning breeze before an early dive.
Located in a quiet, cozy building with only 9 units, this penthouse offers a tranquil retreat. Relax by the pool, or take a short stroll to the beach for direct access to the crystal-clear sea, where you can explore one of the island's favorite snorkeling reefs. If you are a large family or a group that wants to have independence inside the condo this property is ideal for you, Cantamar is an exclusive building located on the quiet North side of the island, a mere 15-minute walk from the town of San Miguel, unlike the south side properties that are far away from town -meaning expensive taxi trips- and crowded by cruise ship tourists and their taxis. Also, south side condos are mainly located at public beaches, so forget about getting the privacy you take for granted at Cantamar.

We are a Mexican family that has enjoyed Cozumel since the 1940´s and we consider the island our second home, we are originally from Mexico City and we are related both to the cultural sector in Mexico as a public cultural trust fund manager, and to the water treatment sector designing plants & supplying equipment for it. We try to spend as much time as possible in Cozumel and see to it that our condo feels like a home and not like a cold hotel room.

We think we managed to find an exceptional place on an exceptional island and we feel great knowing our guests enjoy themselves in it. We were the first to purchase so we had the chance to choose the best condo available, both the large spaces & incredible views have made a big difference for us. Cozumel is the place to fall in love with.
O que faz essa propriedade ser única?
This is an easy one: our condo is by far the largest in a great building, the rest of the condos are less than half our size; you have the living & dining & kitchen areas on the first floor and the bedrooms in the upper floor, so if you want to have a nice dinner (in a superb glass, 10 chair dinning table) with the kids sleeping upstairs, not in the next room, be welcomed to do so. Also, our great balconies on both floors will let you admire the unique sunsets or have a Caribbean view outdoor meal. Our large living room will allow you to sit and relax with your friends. The beach and pool are private (not many of these in Mexico since beaches are considered federal property), and we have direct access to the sea and our private pier to be picked up by boats.
