This spacious, beautifully appointed second floor condo is located on a sandy beach just 15 minutes south of San Miguel town. We are in a family-friendly, peaceful, safe complex of 13 units. We have set this condo up as a comfortable home away from home and have not skimped on the amenities. We have comfy beds, beach and bath towels, ROKU TV, free WiFi, AC, gas grill, hammock and much more. Your comfort and convenience are our top priorities!

Our condo is ideally situated so that you are close to town, diving, snorkeling and everything you might need, but far enough away from the crowds and traffic of downtown. You are conveniently close to beach clubs, grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and many attractions, including nearby Chankanaab National Marine Park and Cozumel’s famous, majestic coral reefs. The airport is about 15 minutes away. Most guests rent a car to explore the island, but taxis are widely available. There is free parking in our parking lot.

Shortly after you arrive, you will be met in person by our professional bilingual property manager, who will welcome you to your new home away from home and give you a familiarization tour of the condo and complex. He will also be available throughout your stay to help make your vacation perfect.

We provide daily maid service so that all you need to do is relax and enjoy your vacation. Our reliable and trustworthy housekeeper will come to the condo every day except for Sunday to clean the kitchen, wash the dishes, make the beds, clean the floors, and make sure towels are clean.

Begin your day on the balcony with a fresh cup of coffee, bask in the warm tropical breezes and take in the breathtaking ocean views. Ready to relax? Spend time with a good book in the hammock. Watch the cruise ships and dive boats glide by. Take a dip in the sparkling pool or soak up the sun on poolside loungers. Walk a few steps more and spend the day lounging on our beach. The beach clubs (typically open daily from 8 AM to 5 PM) next door can provide you with delicious meals, snacks and cold tropical drinks throughout the day. Arrange for a relaxing massage.

Swim and snorkel directly from our beach in the warm, clear, blue Caribbean waters. Reef shoes are recommended for entry as the shoreline is rocky and coral-lined, which is typical for the west side of the island.

Ready to dive Cozumel’s world-renowned reef system? We are located well within the protected marine park and close to the popular reefs. There are literally hundreds of experienced, reputable, licensed dive operators from which you can select your perfect match. There is also a dive gear rinse tank and shower at our beach, and gear rod with wetsuit hangers on our balcony.

Looking for more adventures, like kayaking, deep-sea fishing, jeep island tours, jet skiing, a day of shopping? Activities like these can easily be arranged!

In the evening, unwind on the balcony, enjoy a cocktail, and watch the spectacular sunset over the water, before setting off for one of Cozumel’s eclectic dining experiences. When total relaxation takes precedence over cooking or dining out, a private chef and meal delivery can also be arranged.
