Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We regret to hear that your experience did not fully meet your expectations. The lighting in the building hallways is managed by the condominium administration, and while we promptly informed the building manager of the issue, it was unfortunately beyond our control. No problems with the hot water or television were reported during your stay, and both were verified to be functioning properly before and after your departure. The apartment is located in a lively area close to restaurants, cafés, and leisure options, exactly as presented in the listing. We thank you for choosing us and for sharing your thoughts. Warm regards, Algarve Vacation Customer Care
