I love that Mid-Century Modern architecture is a nearly equal emphasis on function and form. In particular, I am amazed that the architects of this time were so forward thinking by incorporating large expanses of glass to break down the interior spaces from the exterior spaces. I love that the overhanging eaves of low-pitched roofs appear to be a continuation of interior ceilings, further blending the inside with the outside and that the architects also incorporated more natural materials in interior spaces, like exposed beams, wood-paneled walls, concrete and other stone features in these beautiful and historic homes. ~Nathalie

✴ This home is single level with no stairs. The bed configurations are king, queen, queen, two full size beds. The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to cook your favorite meals. There is also a sparkling pool, overhead string lights, and BBQ gas grill in the backyard.

✴HEATED POOL✴
We are happy to heat the swimming pool up to 82 degrees for an ADDITIONAL FEE of $50/night. This feature can be added up to the day of arrival as it takes approx 10+ hours to heat the pool. Pool must stay heated for duration of stay. Keep in mind that while 82 degrees is very comfortable for swimming, it is not equivalent to hot tub/spa temps of ~99-102. Also please be aware that while the backyard is private and completely secure and fenced in, there is NOT a safety pool fence around the pool. Please use extreme caution and general pool safety when enjoying the backyard.

✴Surveillance or recording devices on property - Front and side view security camera systems are on at all times. For privacy, no inside or backyard cameras. Alarm system will be off during stay.

The Schreiber House is located minutes from the Old Town—also known as Downtown—district of Scottsdale offers boutique shopping featuring souvenirs, jewelry and art with a Southwestern flair. A density of bars, lounges, restaurants and clubs offer myriad dining and nightlife opportunities within short distance of each other. And art fans can peruse the galleries of Main Street and visit the Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art and Western Spirit: Scottsdale's Museum of the West.

Getting around couldn't be easier - the Schreiber House is centrally located minutes from the center of Old Town Scottsdale allowing for either a pleasant stroll or quick, easy, and cheap rides with Uber or Lyft to any attraction the city has to offer.
