Family Beach Vacation

The condo was very nice and updated. Everything was clean and worked perfectly. Location is great, quiet, Perfect beach access and withing walking distance to restaurants and stores. The host was very accommodating and provided all information needed. Always available if you needed anything during your stay.

This condo is everything. View is amazing. Completely remodeled. Beds slept amazing. Location is great. Would highly recommend this unit. I will be staying here again.

Nice, clean property in a great location

My wife and I visit Orange Beach area 2 or 3 times every year. We were very impressed with this condo unit and the overall property. You can tell the unit has been recently renovated. We will definitely look to book this unit again if it is available.

Amazing location, condo, and beach access!

Thanks for the great service while renting through VRBO and talking with the owner on messages, we’ve had a seamless experience. The condo is beautiful and we loved the living space, view, location, updated decor, large shower, ice maker, kitchen area, and the balcony furniture. The owner was attentive to questions and gave us all info needed. Definitely will book again.

Amazing Condo!

We had the BEST stay in this unit! The condo was clean, updated, had comfortable beds, and an ice machine that was a fantastic addition to this unit! The building is well kept and both the indoor and outdoor pools were amazing. The beach was easy to access and we enjoyed hearing the waves from our balcony. Rick, the owner was quick to respond to any of our questions and also made sure we had access to everything we needed. We cannot recommend this unit enough!

Harassed by Owner

The owner was very difficult to deal with during the check-in process, and we didn't get checked-in until an hour after the check-in time. Once checked-in, my wife messaged him to ask a simple question about the thermostat and the internet. He was so belligerent to my wife that she was in tears. Apparently, he doesn't allow the thermostat below 73, and threatened to kick my family out if we dropped the thermostat below that level. He clearly had control of the thermostat remotely during our stay as he kept the minimum set at 73 the entire week. Overall, this was a terrible experience due to the actions of the owner and I would not recommend staying in this unit.

Great Location

This complex was a great location for Gulf Shores PG World Series at Orange Beach Complex. It was also conveniently located to many options for restaurants and grocery/shopping. The ice machine was wonderful for filling up our coolers each day as well. The views from the porch were amazing. We all enjoyed our stay!

Very Nice Condo

Beautiful view of the ocean from our balcony. The condo was clean and very nice. It was nice having an ice maker to fill our cooler each day. Easy access to the elevators and beach. Everything you need is right near the complex. We would definitely recommend to family and friends!

Family Beach Time

The condo was exactly like the pictures. The beach is beautiful, the water is clear and not overly crowded. Everything you need is seconds/minutes away. Plenty of restaurants to chose from. I highly recommend it.

Beautifully Updated blissful beach retreat

Summerchase property is situated in a great location of Orange Beach, with plenty of open beach on either side— this means the balcony has incredible panoramic views, we were able to watch the sunset & fireworks during July 4th (so fun!). The shopping center across the street has everything you need conveniently located. Rick was an excellent host and made sure we had everything we needed upon check in. We never had an issue finding parking & the elevators were always speedy. It’s just a short walk to the beach from the lobby. The entire condo was clean and beautifully renovated with granite counters, stainless GE appliances..etc. The photos are exactly what you get! It has everything you could need including a full bar area with blender, ice maker & bar sink! We rented chairs with suncoast on the beach for a fee each day, as an added convenience- highly recommend! We would love to return to this lovely property in the heart of Orange Beach! Thanks again!

This unit was wonderful! Recently remodeled but I say it was decorated just right, modern, clean design, great family space...Rooms well appointed and spacious! And the view is spectacular! Rick was great to work with. I liked the fact it was a rental and not a part time home.

Rick was fantastic to work with, condo is very nice !

The condo is beautiful, furniture is nice and it is well stocked. The ice maker is AWESOME , parking is excellent, the beach was beautiful. Everything was just what we needed. Highly recommend!! Rick went above and beyond to help us feel welcomed. Hope to stay here again !

Perfect Beach Vacation

This condo is exactly as advertised, spacious, clean, beautiful views and everything has been updated. Beds were very comfortable, good quality sheets, furniture, etc. Plenty of room for 6 of us to stay and all the amenities you could want (bonus ice maker with bar area was fantastic to have). There aren't condo's on either side of this one (however one is about to be built next door), therefore the beach in front was WAY less crowded than everywhere else. There is a chair rental company out front, can simply walk outside and reserve them for the week, game changer! There are two outdoor pools, one 1ft deep for kids and then a very long adult pool but still has a good part of it 3ft deep for older kids. Parking wasn't an issue at all and it was very easy to social distance. A walgreens in walking distance across the street and Publix right behind that. Everything you need in a short walk or drive. Rick was great to work with and very responsive. We will definitely book here again for our next vacation!
