Welcome. . . Come enjoy the all of comforts of 4-master suite suburban living in this Lake of the Ozarks rental home. Each bedroom with full bath and TV sitting area provides solitude with the family nearby.

The kids will love the Paddle Boat, Water Slide, Diving Platform, family friendly movies, Foosball table, 50 inch TV and board games. We recently added a pool table and Golden T arcade game. The paved driveway and covered carport as well as gazebo affords a great place for a game of washers or congregating out of the sun or rain.

Great for Missouri reunions, this 3200-square-foot home was built in 1984 by a German builder for his grown children to bring their families to visit. Enjoy the fully equipped kitchen to cook indoors . . . or cook out on the provided gas grill or a Weber Kettle overlooking the Lake of the Ozarks. Watch the boats drift by in the no-wake cove or take shelter and dine under the Gazebo.

Each guest room has a full bath, TV & private conversation area. All open the sliding doors to a deck overlooking the Lake of the Ozarks. Room to park five cars and just 5 steps to enter the home.

To insure the home remains nice, we request no smoking & a very limited pet policy. This Lake of the Ozarks rental house has a high appraisal value and is usually rented by four adult couples or a family reunion rental home. You will have room to be away, as well as together.

This Lake of the Ozarks rental house is just two minutes from The Country Club and Spa and less than 8 miles from the Lake of the Ozarks outlet mall. Relax and enjoy your home at the Lake of the Ozarks.

Great family vacation

This house was large enough for our family to gather and make memories. The kids enjoyed the slide on the dock and paddle boat. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for all nine of us.

Family trip

Place was large enough to accommodate all of our family. Kids loved swimming at the dock and renting a jet ski just down the cove.

Great Location

Great access to the dock/lake. Dock is located in a nice cove off the main channel so there isn't much wake.

Great fit for families!

Our group of 12 ranging in age from 9 to 74 spent 4 nights here. Allowed privacy and plenty of bathrooms while central kitchen-dining-living area permitted early risers and late gamers to be up without keeping others from sleeping. The dock with slide, diving platform, ladder and paddle boat was a big hit for many hours. Location was convenient for groceries, fun activities, and viewing wildlife. Incredible double deck and gazebo!

Great family location

Functional for large crew, cleaning was adequate. Family made good memories. Sink had to be repaired, response and correction happened quickly. Only feedback was that the grounds and house needed a bit of TLC.

Pictures undersell property- much better than expected!

Having viewed the property pictures and reviews, we had prepared ourselves for an "older" home needing upgrades. Our entire group of 14 (ages 5 to 48)vwas surprised when we arrived to a place exceeding our expectations! Flat screen tvs in each bedroom, plenty of restrooms, extra bedding, and ALL kitchen appliances and cookware. Thank you for allowing us to stay, and for making the process seamless. This was our first attempt at a blended family vacation, and we couldn't ask for a better time. We look forward to possibly repeating this trip in the future, as we have all stated the memories will last a lifetime!

Great place for families

Just spent a week here as two families. House layout is great as the adults were upstairs and the kids downstairs. Eight of us were comfortable in the house and did not feel crowded. If you plan to be on the lake, make sure Henry connects you with his friend for boat/wave runner rentals. Better deals and equipment than what you can get from a marina. Dock was great for fishing or just hanging out. Everything you need is in the house, except for groceries. You're far enough from town to prevent the kids from constantly wanting to go, yet close enough for a grocery run if needed. Would recommend for a families who want to be on the lake, but away from the main channel.

Older but very nice house Good experience

To start we had an issue at check in but after a phone call it was handled very professionally and quickly, (no meed to get into details) The walk to lake is steep just to let you know, not many lights to light the area up either. There is a sewer access next to the house just an FYI, couple nights the smell was bad enough we couldn't sit under gazebo, and the north bedroom could smell. Conditions had to be right but unfortunately we could smell it pretty good for a couple nights. Pool table is in a garage with No Air-conditioning just an fyi, did have a box fan in there. Now for the good stuff, no complaints on bedding , mattresses were comfortable and clean. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utilities. Like mentioned before for an older home was very nice. Family enjoyed the high dive surprisingly everyone used it including me and Im Old-er. My grandson caught a 14lb & 6 lb BlueCats so that was good. Over all was good driveway is steep as well . Oh one last thing if taking a boat, the dock was nice held our 23' deckboat just fine. But we had to unload in MM#1 cove. Thunder Marine just a 100 yds from house will not let you use thier ramp. Thunder Marine service dept has the ramp. I did have a boat issue and begged them to use thier ramp and they said for a hefty price, review won't allow me to put dollar figures. With my pride I used our jetski to pull boat to MM1 to load. Not impressed with Thunder Marine. But in thier defense they probably hear all stories but I told them they could load it to verify it was not running. For money they would😆 Overall nice place to stay. Just very steep to dock if youngsters

Great Lake Getaway!

We had a great time at this property! Sitting on the deck with coffee in the morning enjoying the view and the gazebo with the ceiling fan were great. However, the dock is the best feature of this home. The diving platform and slide were a hit with the kids and there was plenty of space for the adults to sit and watch in the shade. We also rented a pontoon boat for a day and docking was easy. It seems they are working on updating the home - new flat screen TV's in all the rooms (and no VCR's).

Family vacation

We had a great week. Really enjoyed the dock slide, high dive and paddle boat. Had a small hiccup with dock electric which after notifying the contact person was swiftly fixed. The house is equipped with lots of extra cots, mattresses and bedding. There were plenty of towels with a whole closet in the master of backup towels. I would suggest to bring your own nonstick frying pan. We were able to store two boat trailers on the property. Berger’s marina was convenient to property to launch boats. Enjoyed our stay!

lovely house but not well maintained

Wonderful location of the house. Its beautifully done interiors. Only few problems we had : 1. Bathroom faucet was broken so we couldn't use it to take a shower throughout our stay of 5 nights. 2. All the futon beds either were broken or the mattress was very old that it wasnt comfortable for kids to sleep on. An adult could definitely not use it. WE complained about the broken futon and the very next day were given a brand new air mattress. We used the air mattress given and we got 1 with us too to sleep in the common spaces. Loved the kitchen setup with all new crockery/Dinnerware set.

Like staying with family

Was a wonderful large property for brining a group of three families together with kids. House is a comfortable well designed lake house with two levels and plenty of deck. Lots of cooking items for different group dinners. Nice floating dock that is out of the way of boat traffic so kids could swim safely in the lake several times a day. Close to city with grocery stores 15 min away but near wildlife. Was great for a reunion of three families.

Great time

My spouse & our 2 adult children, one son-in-law & one grandchild enjoyed our stay. The personal dock was great for fishing and the diving steps were lots of fun. The decks are cool and so is the view. The house is big & clean, but could use some updating. We saw centipedes in several rooms. Basement was musty smelling. Outside didn't have very good areas for our dog to relieve itself, but that's typical for a lakehouse.

Family Get Away

Good location - no instructions on what to do upon check out- used 2013 directions. Limited towels- beds not comfortable. It was great to have 4 bathrooms.

Birthday Gathering

The property was a perfect size and location for what we needed. It was spacious and accommodated 9 of us very nicely. We spent most of our time enjoying the water and the dock. The decks on the house were amazing and provided a wonderful view. We spent most of the time we weren’t on the water there. The owner was wonderful to work and communicate with. There was a slight plumbing issue and he had it fixed within an hour. Excellent experience.

Good location bad experience

From the very beginning I had very slow communication w/the owner. I had questions about the property and it would takes days to get a reply. On the day of our stay I still had not received instructions on how to enter the property. When we arrived there were no instructions and when I phoned the owner he was completely unaware that we were coming, did not know if the place had been cleaned and tried to convince me to move to another property that was a 45 minute drive from the one we were supposed to be staying. There was no key for us to get into the property we had rented. We spent almost an hour on the phone with him trying to find a key to get in. He finally remembered where a spare key was hidden and we were able to enter. The floors and kitchen and bathrooms had been cleaned but we were unsure if linens had been washed as departure instructions said do not strip the beds. The owner offered to refund us a portion of our stay for all the trouble. It has been almost 30 days and we still have not received that refund. Needless to say we were very disappointed and frustrated with the whole situation. We will not rent from him again.
